We don't have that here in the US, but the packaging is really nice and very Heart. I'm really happy that by embracing her artistic side, more opportunities are popping up for her. Kudos!

Well,happy skin may be owned by filipinas,but it's manufactured in japan kaya mahal pa din sya. I hope next tym dito nanila talaga gawin. Parang colourpop and kylie jenner lng. Anyway,maganda nga yung colors na napili ni heart in fairness.
