Filipino dance group Junior New System made the Philippines proud once again after winning the highest award in their category at this year's World Championship of Performing Arts (WCOPA) held this week in Long Beach, California, USA.
The hip-hop crew bagged the "Dance Group of the Year" and the "Grand Champion of the Year" awards in the Senior category during the finale of the annual international competition. They took home a prize package worth $7,500.
Last year, Junior New System made noise in Asia after receiving the "Golden Buzzer" and making it to the grand finals of "Asia's Got Talent." The boys have been performing around the country and abroad after their "Got Talent" stint. They also received the "Best Dance Company" award at the 2015 Aliw Awards.
