Wala naman sa social status yan kundi sa disiplina. Mas importante eating healthy kasi kahit workout ka ng workout lakas mo naman kumain hindi ka talaga papayat unless of course you have a medical condition. -fit mom with 2 little kids

Kahit exercise mat lang sa bahay gamit mo tapos mag-Circuit training ka or High Intensity Interval training. 15-30 mins a day habang nanunuod ng favorite teleserye mo. Tapos tama, healthy eating is crucial. Icut-out mo ang fastfood,junk food, processed food (canned meats), instant noodles, white bread, sweets, desserts, bawasan mo rice consumption mo, edi nakatipid ka sa groceries mo. It's really a choice you have to make and a lifestyle you have to commit to. Health is wealth ika nga.

Ang nkkita nyo lng kase e ung exercise at eating regime ng mga artista kaya you get the impression na kailangan gastusin din ang healthy lifestyle. Adjust nyo din sa budget nyo and time,you just have to research. And also if you have time to sit down and browse through ur social media accts, then maybe use that short time instead for exercise. 15 mins quality exercise can go a long way. Better than none,right?

Kse nga ncconvert siya to sugar. Kng kaya, mag brown or wild rice para mas filling at hindi ka ggutumin agad. Swap white bread for wholewheat din.
