I have this condition. It's really annoying and can give you very bad headaches. Skin under the nostrils and above the upper lips get scratched because you are constantly Blowing your nose. Your vocal chords Get Dry kasi you have to breathe through your mouth. Good luck with the adjustment - hope it relieve the condition
