She has many endorsements, and I am sure her mom, who is a very smart investor, has taught her a lot when it comes to where she must invest her millions. For the many ordinary people, especially the bashers, they probably have no idea about being born rich, having studied in international school and abroad, earning millions at a tender, and being able to travel the world that's why they think that if KC becomes "laos" as an actress she won't survive anymore. See, that's the problem when a person's background is not the same as KC. She has so many income opportunities, na hindi naman niya kailangang ikuwentp sa'tin. Let's face the facts, when KC started in mainstream showbiz after she came back from Paris everyone thought she'd be a huge, huge star. She was overhyped. Sadly she didn't live up to the expectations. From headlining a teleserye with Piolo and various movies she was cast as support only a few years later in her last teleseryes. She proved herself not to be a bankable actress. Of course, given her wealth, she doesn't need to work, but who would make her the lead in any movie or serye now? Her network wouldn't want to risk that. So to be safe, she sticks to hosting, minor endorsements, magazine shoots.
Hindi kasi masa ang appeal ni KC. Alta ang aura niya kaya hindi siya sumikat. But it doesn't mean na wala siyang talent. Iba lang talaga ang taste ng masa. She did well as a model before siya nag-artista.

ReplyDeleteWell kung gawin man na priority ni KC ang lovelife nya ngayon dahil cguro yun ang naging kulang sa kanya eversince. She's very vocal naman na she will choose lovelife over career. Not unlike sa showbiz non stop competition at least si ateng alam mong ayaw nyang makipag showbizan. Yung ibang artista like Angelica before nagpaparinig sa ABS na wala syang projects si KC naman the other way around. Mayaman naman kasi talaga sya at mabubuhay ng di nagwowork kaya who cares ang peg nya kung may proj o wala.

DeleteThis basher obsesses that KC's life should only be in showbiz. So she thinks it is her right to bash KC when she was in hiatus. And that is wrong. KC is multi-faceted. She's in showbiz, charity or humanitarian works, businesses, even politics. She can not do all those together. Basher needs somebody to drum it in her head that she can not expect KC to be in some shows if she's up somewhere in the Himalayas assisting earthquake victims.

Not unlike mostly ng artista ang daming pamilya na pina-aral or ka share na ibili ng bahay ang pamilya nila. Si KC financially hindi need tumulong. Kaya basher payaman ka din para instead na si KC ang career mo mag-travel ka na lang like her if you can afford.

ReplyDeleteLet's face the facts, when KC started in mainstream showbiz after she came back from Paris everyone thought she'd be a huge, huge star. She was overhyped. Sadly she didn't live up to the expectations. From headlining a teleserye with Piolo and various movies she was cast as support only a few years later in her last teleseryes. She proved herself not to be a bankable actress. Of course, given her wealth, she doesn't need to work, but who would make her the lead in any movie or serye now? Her network wouldn't want to risk that. So to be safe, she sticks to hosting, minor endorsements, magazine shoots.

DeleteWell, sa serye kasi ang mga bida yung mukhang mahirap at inaapi. Sa looks ni KC at knowing her background as alta hindi convincing if gawin syang mahirap. I wached her 1 show before sa Lovers in Paris pero i didn't finish it dahil trying hard ang abs na makmukha syang poor. Kaya better stick na lang sya sa modelling, ads, cover magazine at hosting than serye na consuming pa ng time.

Hindi sila nakadepende sa showbiz para kumita at mabuhay. Hindi porke hindi na nakikita sa tv eh laos na. May mga contrata yang mga yan. Bayad sila kahit na konting exposure lang or whatever.
