Ano ba qualifications ni Nadine Tengco? Nutritionist ba siya? Or kumuha ng certificate somewhere? Ive read that there are no good scientific studies yet to back up claims that a juice cleanse is relevant to removing toxins from the body. Medyo vague pa ung claims jan. What specific toxins does it remove from your body? And how? Can someone point me to any medical literature or scientific study/research that gives evidence of the claim of these juicing diets? Please dont quote some dodgy site..or link lang na nakita nyo in FB.
They did a study here in Canada in one of the leading naturopathy and alternative college. They found out, juice cleansing is nothing but a hype. You're better off eating fruits and vegetables. And hindi kailangan yung organic. That's another hype.
In terms of the detox claims or the claims that juicing removes toxins from the body, there is a lack of scientific evidence around it.
