    1. OBs prefer preggy women don't travel. pero di naman sila mapipigilan and di naman papapigil so whats the point?

    7. OB's do not give consent to travel for pregnant women,it's your own discretion..I know I worked for 4 OB-Gyns

    8. don't tou think if high risk Ng pregnancy niy magttravel pa siya? nung buntis ako pinayagan ako ng ob ko magtravwl, provided iinom ako ng pampakapit before and during the trip.

  2. May point naman yung mga sinabi ng mga nag-comment at saka people wont be able to help it na mag-advice ng ganyan eh sila yung nagpaalam sa lahat ng tao na twice na siya nakunan. It's her life and choices nga naman pero common sense will tell you to take every safety measures needed.

Deadma nalang kasi.

  10. Mariel & her OB know what's best.

  11. Angas sumagot ni Mariel

  12. Siguro naman by now alam na dapat ni Mariel na even if pinayagan man sya ng OB nya dapat extra-precaution pa rin. Hindi naman perfect ang mga doctors. Unless plan na nya to stay in the US until manganak sya. Twice na sya nakunan automatic na high risk ang pregnancy nya so kung nagtravel lang sila for pleasure then I think it's so selfish of her na di nila inintindi yung condition ng baby.

    1. Mukhang yun ang plan. Na dun sya manganak. Daming artistang ganun di ba para automatic US citizen ang junakis

  13. some commenters tend to overprotect that their comments become negative instead of inspirational. they overdo it sometimes that it becomes hurtful. be mindful always because we all interpret things differently, especially when we are going through a lot. and in mariel's case, she is.

  14. the reason why Mariel is leaving because, she will give birth sa United States since she's an American citizen (based sa article na nabasa ko), mga tao talaga parang oblige kang ipapaalam lahat para d ka i-judge!

    ReplyDelete

    1. Palagay ko di sya american citizen nakaboto sya diba nung election?

      Delete
    2. It doesn't matter where she gives birth if she is an American citizen. The baby can have same citizenship as Mariel's or have dual citizenship regardless of place of birth.

      Delete
    3. 2:39 dual citizen sya

      Delete
    4. baka dual citizenship sya.. Di ba pede bumoto dito? Hehe not sure po

      Delete
    5. Mariel is an american passport holder. American citizen din siya. I think she has dual citizenship kaya naka-boto pa rin siya.

  15. I traveled when I was 5 months preggy, five hours lang yung flight pero it was torture for me. I regretted it, but di na kami maka back out sa travel since non refundable yung vacation package. My OB reminded us na make sure na may malapit na hospital sa hotel namin just in case I need to get checked. So Mariel ingat lang and I hope ut would be an uneventful travel for you

    1. Agree with you- kahit nga short distance hirap lalo minsan mahihilo ka . Hindi madaling maging buntis. Anyway, at the end of the day kahit may go signal so Doc kaw pa din titimpla sa pakiramdam mo kasi ikaw ang may katawan.

Pero kung feeling nya naman kaya nya by all means go. She needs to unwind din

      Delete
  16. akala ba ninyo na yung nagka miscarriage nang ilang beses, e, hindi mag-iingat? for sure her ob gave the go signal for the trip.

  17. if she is going to US i think she will deliver her child there para maging US citizen.

    1. Pg US citizen ang parents automatic US citizen ang anak kahit saan ipanganak basta mag file LNG ng CRBA sa US embassy.

    2. Same thoughts here

Di na sya makatravel if more than 6 months na sya. Kaya she has to travel now na. Choice nya yan na gusto nya maging us citizen ang anak nya

    1. kahit san ka pa
manganak kung US citizen ka eh automatic na US citizen si baby

      Delete
  19. Malay nyo papagamot yan dun. Im sure she will not risk her baby's safety.

    ReplyDelete
  20. Is she going to the US to give birth here so her baby will be an American citizen? The US should amend its constitution to exclude granting citizenship to children of tourists who take advantage of the principle of jus soli to which the US adheres.

    ReplyDelete

    1. She's a US citizen and an American passport holder.

      Delete
    2. they should totally amend it. people abuse it. birth tourism ang tawag. people pay good money to get lodging, care, and attorneys fees to process the neighborhood. nakakaloka. in my area they are mostlt Chinese.

      Delete
    3. 1:52, you don't have to state that she has an American passport. no one can't have an American passport, if one is not US citizen.

      Delete
    4. eh mas marunong ka pa anon 11:12 sa America para I-suggest na I-amend constitution nila? who are you? wala sila pakealam sa suggestion mo at wag mo na din dapat pakilaman constitution nila

  21. US citizen is mariel, too bad due to robin's islam leanings atbp he cannot get visa to us.

  23. Galing na ito sa site ng department of state: Birth Abroad to One Citizen and One Alien Parent in Wedlock
A child born abroad to one U.S. citizen parent and one alien parent acquires U.S. citizenship at birth under Section 301(g) of the INA provided the U.S. citizen parent was physically present in the United States or one of its outlying possessions for the time period required by the law applicable at the time of the child's birth. (For birth on or after November 14, 1986, a period of five years physical presence, two after the age of fourteen, is required. For birth between December 24, 1952 and November 13, 1986, a period of ten years, five after the age of fourteen, is required for physical presence in the United States or one of its outlying possessions to transmit U.S. citizenship to the child.) The U.S. citizen parent must be the genetic or the gestational parent and the legal parent of the child under local law at the time and place of the child’s birth to transmit U.S. citizenship.

  24. One can still miscarriage until the 6th month. And my mom always advice bed rest to patients experiencing difficult pregnancies esp those who had miscarriages in the past. I'm sure an OB advised against her travel because even sitting esp for longer periods of time could put a strain on a pregnant woman's body. Pasaway lng talaga sya!

  25. I would suggest na Mariel stays away from social media muna. Coming from a couple of misacarriages the last she needs are stressful bashers on social media. Kahit anong pakiusap naman gawin nya, bashers will keep on bashing. So stop social media mun.
