Mahihirapan na si juday ibalik ang dating niyang katawan. Ung mga kamaganak at friends ko ganyan din, after 2 o tatlong anak, nahirapan na sila maglose ng weight.
Why so negative! Anyone can lose weight with proper diet and exercise. It's all about discipline and self control.
