Agree. Parang she has nothing else to do and worry in this world, but to exercise. She's the SWEAT PERSONIFIED na nga eh. She looks sweaty all the time. Wonder how she smells when you stand next to her though.

Di naman 8 to 5 job si Iya kaya mas flexible sched niya to accomodate exercise. She's not the type to get all dolled up with full make-up para lang makapag post ng work out photos online. Legit fitness girl etong si Iya. Id rather look at Iya's sweaty work out photos than selfies of GGSS celebs.
I respect her choice for doing this. And may basbas naman ni doc. Pero Iya, please, hinay hinay lang. Baka ma-stress ang baby sa loob. Nakakatakot lang. You can do that right after giving birth. Can you just enjoy and focus with the baby muna? Relax lang muna with daddy.
puwede namang mag-exercise basta wag lang strenuous as in crossfit or plyo. sa last trimester siguro walking or yoga. go iya! mas madali raw panganganak pag fit. siguro peg ni iya si behati & candice na fit pa rin kahit preggo.
Ewan ko ba parang lately naging papansin na dating ni Iya sa akin. She's right naman na depende sa katawan ng tao yan, and she has her doc's go signal etc. pero the way she reacted to people's opinion minsan OA na.
Masyadong vain mas worried sa Katawan Kaysa sa fetus. I'm pregnant and I used to go to gym and exercise but everytime I get pregnant I stopped Kasi Di Pwede sobra mainitan Ang baby inside your body. Healthy mag exercise but it's a risk to the baby din.
Actually dito sa US, recommended nga nila that pregnant women exercise at least 30 minutes everyday from running (if you can tolerate the swelling of the boobs), biking, dancing, swimming, brisk walking, yoga etc. Ang no no lang is exercises where it is likely that you can fall like horse back riding, etc. Kaya wag nyo judge si Iya kasi di na uso ang batugang buntis unless bed rest is ordered by the doctor.
All the more nga dapat maging healthy ang nanay, unless super delicate ng pregnancy. Mas maniniwala ako sa advice ng OB ni Iya kesa mga nagmamarunong na puro anecdotes lang ang alam or pulaan ang pagiging "vain" daw ng tao.
