Medyo divisive naman post nya. Being a mom is difficult and rewarding--whether working mom, stay at home mom, OFW mom, etc., lahat yan pantay-pantay. Walang mas madali or mas mahirap.
Anong pinaglaban nang babaeng to? Kahit anong trabaho, mahirap. Nothing's easy in life. Time management and mindset lang katapat nyan plus a supportive husband. Working mom here. Fulltime mom or working, mabuhay mga nanay!
I feel you baks. I'm a single mom and I chose not to have nanny kasi baka masanay ang baby ko sa nanny mas maging attached sya dun. Pero hindi ako nagrereklamo, at the end of the day stress man sa work pag uwi ng bahay andyan ang bagets pang antidote ng stress.
Oo nga. Mema lang. Si andi manzano, marian proud na hands on pero my yaya naman. Si jenica garcia lang narinig ko na wala not even a helper. She do everything.
Kung me mga kasambahay ka at me fulltime nanny ka at nagtatrabaho ka at nakakalabas kayong kumain o mag dinner date ng hubby mo then fine- do not claim that you're a hands on mom .
Technically she is not a full time mom because she is not with her child all the time ... So "it's not like having two full time jobs" with half the pay . ..
We mothers do not have the right to rant on how difficult it is to take care of our kids, because being a mother is our choice and it is our obligation to provide them their needs bcoz our kids didn't ask to be born in this world.
Cristine, try mo magkaaanak ng tatlo, tapos working mom and to top that, outside Philippines pa at walang yaya and housemaid, ika nga you do it all. wala pa yan sa kalingkingan, wag ka magmalaki...
Shut up Cristine!! Your time is up!!
ReplyDeleteThen stop working and take care of your child. Let hubby provide for you.
DeleteKaya nga makapaginarte akala mo naman, hoy cristine baket hindi na lang kasi asawa mo ang pagtrabahuhin mo kung maka-reklamo ka jan

DeleteTry staying at home and taking care of your child/children without a yaya. It is definitely not a job for sissies.
ReplyDeleteRight? She has the luxury of having yayas, maids, and maybe drivers, but the rest of us regular working Moms do it all.

ReplyDeleteMedyo divisive naman post nya. Being a mom
ReplyDeleteis difficult and rewarding--whether working mom, stay at home mom, OFW mom, etc., lahat yan pantay-pantay. Walang mas madali or mas mahirap.
Exactly. You do not compare because each has its pros & cons. What's important is that you are still responsible and a role model to your child.
