I just want to ask the girl. Is there such thing as "Intellectual Property Theft" in FASHION? It's quite obvious that there's none. Similar designs sa handbags, shoes and even clothes. ALL OVER THE WORLD.
Isa pa, it's just a waste of time to file a lawsuit against those who copied, much more sa pagpa-file ng "patent". It's hard to prove na ikaw ang original.
Ganung levels.
si solenn ba ung nasa babang pic???

Delete2:55 Hahaha. Kaya nga lakas kumopya ni baks.
DeleteIm sorry but Louboutin won. Just not with the red on red (shoes to sole) that YSL created. So yeah, fashion identity theft is still enforced.
ReplyDeletekun sino nauna i-launch sa public yun design I think, either in mag, fashion events, media, etc.etc.
