Hay naku! Tutoo yan 12:40! Guys, hindi masama mag exercise while pregnant basta sanay katawan mo. Hindi naman sinabing magpapakapagod ka, maintenance nga. At nasa tolerance ng tao yan, consult the doctor pa din. May babae nga 34 weeks pregnant nakatakbo ng 42K in 4hours.
I'm sure Iya asked doctor's advice about this.
How far along na ba?
HAHA!
dami kasing pakialamera at nag mamagaling. Iya's not stupid nor irresponsible. She will definitely not engage in anything that will harm herself or the baby
Korek 3:34. Sabihin old fashioned and everything dahil madami nang alam.
But at the end when they're proven wrong, they will blame everybody other than themselves and will never accept the blame. Sana nga mali kami kasi we just want a healthy baby and mom.
Actually, women who are used to staying fit and exercising are still advised to do so during pregnancy. It won't harm the baby since their body are already used to it.
Di na uso ang naglilimlim na buntis ngayon unless bedrest under strict order of the doctors. It just goes to show ang dami pa rin ignorant even in the internet age. May instagram nga pero wala namang alam.May nagsabi pa na isa na dugo pa lang yan, hello 2nd trimester na uy may ulo na yan!
ohmygosh. noo.. call me old fashioned pero i think dapat light exercises lang talaga sana. yung core pa talaga ang target huh?? scary. hope baby will be ok
im not against doing exercises during pregnancy.. mukang correct nmn ung isa commenter na yoga lng dpat na pang preggy. i mean ganyn ba siya ka vain sa figure nya? eventually llobo din nmn ang tiyan at mggain ng weight.
it really depends of what you've been doing pre-pregnancy. as Iya said, if a woman has been exercising before getting pregnant, she could still exercise but with less intensity and of course, with guidance and approval by doctor.
I swam, did zumba, and took walks when I was preggo.. And I had the most wonderful (yet challenging) water birth experience for my daughter.
People need to chill. Do you think she doesn't have doctor's blessings to do that?! It's ok to do Exercises , even intense ones, as long as you were doing those before you got pregnant. My spinning instructor is 8 months pregnant and she's kicking our butt during classes. My yoga classmate , who's a doctor by the way, is still doing handstands.
to all the pregnant ladies out there, just make sure you consult with your doctors if your doctor says that it's still OK for you continue with your regular routine then go for it. Do what's best for you and your baby:)
Up to u, katawan nya yan.
It's her body, it's her own choice and decision on what to do with it. May her pregnancy be easy, problem free and her fetus develop normally inside her womb. Let's all hope that mom and baby will be okay.
People have an antiquated perception of how one should be when their pregnant. Studies have been done and NEWSFLASH!! you can exercise, ride horses, ride a bike, go jogging. go swimming, lift weights when you are pregnant. But everything is in moderation. You can't eat too much, sleep too much. Being sedentary when you are pregnant is also bad for you. People should education themselves and not just go by word of mouth.
uso n mg excercise now kht buntis...im preggy din pero kht mga 30mins lakad naninigas n ntyan ko...my first baby sobrng ingat k tlga...now on my third maingat p rin me...nkunan n kc me...doctor advice is konting lakad lang,pg 8months na saka n daw tagtagin...goodluck n lng Iya&drew
Stupid people making stupid comments. Syempre may doctor's approval yan and trainer's supervision. Ina-adjust nila ang intensity ng workout based sa kakayanin ng katawan when preggers. And of course she will slow down kapag kinakailangan.
#PrayforthePhilippines #PrayfortheFilipinoPeople

ReplyDeleteNakalagay na nga sa caption ng IG post nya na excercising reduces the risk of C-section tapos may tumatahol parin? Mga feeling OB-Gyn? Mamaru??
Hindi tayo nagsisimula as blood. We start as CELLs! SMH.

ReplyDeleteKung mawala yan, walang maniniwala sa kanya na it was not her fault
Hope baby will be safe!
di nya yan gagawin kung di safe for the baby.. she's not stupid like you
DeleteI agree with 1.21. People like 2.22 are so sure of everything but when things go wrong they blame other factors except their own arrogance.
