Disguising His True Motivation

When Young Talented (YT) actor tried to send feelers to Another Station (AS), his hints were ignored, which seemed questionable. YT has the looks, talent, and charm. He has even joined the bandwagon of getting fit and bulking up, which further made him more attractive. Not only is YT a competent actor, he could carry a tune as well. Showing faith in his talent, a recording company even invested in YT’s first album. At his Present Network (PN) has been paired off with a number of young actresses, and most of these partnerships were received well.

Thus, the non-reaction of AS seems to puzzling. However, for those who knew of the story, AS merely exercised its prerogative. Although YT might be better looking and more talented than several of the male talents of AS, he was still not taken into the fold. Some time ago, YT was rumored to be having a very close friendship with Cute Celebrity (CC), who was still struggling to find his space in PN. Photos of their fooling around with each other fanned the rumor, but given that both young men were still trying to make names, such story faded as time passed.

That rumor could have made AS turn its head and not bother with YT. Allegedly, YT has made his choice and has opted to prefer the company of his same gender. Moreover, he has a benefactor who supports his lifestyle, but the catch is that YT does not give in to the advances, as he prefers the straight type. Thus, when he and CC became close, that relationship might have started something. CC, given his charming and accommodating nature, might have reciprocated as well. However, if they did have relationship, it would not have prospered given that both were more concerned with making their careers successful.

When CC finally surpassed the popularity of YT, one of the female talents he was linked with suddenly found her name being dragged into a controversy with YT. Thus, YT was being talked about again, but then, both he and the female talent denied anything was going on between them. People are now speculating if CC did that on purpose, which is to help YT gain some exposure. Because YT opted to stay with PN, he might make it as big as CC, but then, he has to be ready to face intrigues with grace, and that includes facing rumors on his sexuality.
