We dont know what started this, the person she is talking to might have commented something offensive hence, KC got a bit upset. They work in the background with no need of press coverage because it is part of their job. KC, on the hand, is a celebrity. So don't be quick to say that her charity works are self serving or for PR. Did she get coveted roles because these? If I'm not mistaken, she is ambassador for the world food programme.
