Bakit ganito magdemand mga tao now?

And I should know dahil buong pamilya ko ay nanggaling sa SLUM.

In short, walang masama sa pag hangad ng improvement

    3. What a stupid comment from anon 1.17am just bec they have work doesn't mean they aren't grateful. It is high time that guilds should look into this to protect people from abusive business folks. People on the bottom of d food chain can't complain because they're afraid to lose their jobs. So tiis na Lang ganon? Kahit inaabuso na? Wrong practice!

What are you? I guess you haven't tried working 14-16hrs per day, straight 7-10days to say those words. I worked for long hours a day in the kitchen. Mas malala pa naeexperience ng mga director and staffs kasi 7-9 months shooting nila. And yes dapat mabago na. Mag pre shoot sila ng 3-6 months before airing. Health first. Aanhin mo ang work and money kung ikamamatay mo din un.

    5. Nakakainis talaga ang comment mo 1:17, wala kang awa.

    2. What a scary working environment showbiz is then.

Worse, di ko namalayang nakatulog ako in the class. Like, who sleeps in grad school class? After that talagang namili ako which will take a back seat, work or school.

    5. Parang lumilipad na feeling ko pag 2days no sleep.

    6. Grabe.

    7. This reminds me of that writers's guild strike in the US a few years ago. It was for a different cause, I think it was for their share of profit. It had a trickle effect on me kasi nashorten yung shows that I've been watching like HIMYM, Big Bang Theory and Supernaturals. Malaki epekto sa ekonomiya ng Los Angeles. If prod staff and crew unite and put their foot down, maybe, just maybe, networks and the powers that be will listen and will come to an agreement. Nakakaawa naman prod people.I can just imagine their hesitation or fear to speak out kasi nga their job is what brings food to their table.

    8. Hey guys! It's me! Oo 5 days straight yun literally. May times that I hear voices in my head, I drink coffee from the utility mga 5x a day, sobrang disoriented. 6 straight yung shooting na yun actually kasi hinahabol yung play date which is 2 weeks na lang pero shooting pa rin kami. The 6th night pagsandal ko sa service namin naka idlip ako finally for almost an hour tapos parang kinukuryente yung ulo ko. And the minimum salary is fixed so wala kang choice kahit pag trabahuhin ka nila 30 days a month. Whew! Again, guys if you want to work in their prod you will sacrifice a lot of your time, energy. And health.

      Delete
    9. This is baloney! Baka hindi mo alam na 3days without sleep e nakakasira na ng ulo and can cause death! Tapos ikaw 5days?????

    10. possible naman siguro 3:21, and possible rin na nagmi-microsleep na xa without realizing it. that is beside the point though. ang point dito is the need to improve working conditions.

    11. Mejo bomalabs nga yung 5days no sleep talaga, coz me mga napanuod na akong mga experiments abt this and mga participants e contained lang sa isang confined space walang masyadong mabigat na movements. Like hindi sila nagluluto o nagbubuhat o naglalakad o bumibiyahe. And me mga tests lang sila like motor skills and cognitive functions like parang psyche test. Yung ginagawa ni 12:41 bilang production eh me strenous na mga pagkilos pa yun kaya me pag ka Exag nga yung 5days sa 2days pa lang babagsak ka dahil tataas blood pressure mo.

I Dont know anything about the showbiz industry.kawawa naman pala yung mga production staff kung maliit ng sahod nila.

      Delete
  9. Well if that's the case baka pwede na din liitan ang sweldo ng mga artista? if they will work in normal hours as normal people do, pero ang sweldo nila milyon milyon, hindi ba unfair din naman yun?

    ReplyDelete

  11. I was cast as an "extra" for a popular tv series last month. I had an almost insignificant role that exposed me on tv for under 20 seconds in total.
Call time was 9PM, pack-up time was 7AM. My fellow extras (some of which are "veteran extras") and I were exhausted after the shoot.

But that was nothing. The camera crew and other members of the team were there all throughout. Running around, lugging heavy equipment, and always on their toes because the orders from the directors (many of them) never stop.

That was just one day of exhaustion for us extras, but a daily routine for the staff and crew.

The main actors pop in for their scenes, and quickly disappear after that. They still deserve the mega millions though, because viewers don't care about the effort behind the shiw. They just want to see their favorite stars. It sounds unfair, but unfortunately, that's how showbiz economics works.

  12. Everyone is entitled to make their as someone called it here, "kuda". At least aiza's posts are relevant...hindi tulad ni anon 12:40 manlait lang ang kanyang I kuda. Malamang showbiz lang alam sa buhay.

  13. Sobrang concerned. Do you even have shootings these days?

    1. wow sobrang nega mo baks. so kung di sya busy sa shootings or tapings ngayon wala na syang right magsalita? aiza is still an active member of local showbiz so she knows what she's talking about, ikaw tong walang alam. at least naiparating nya yung sentimiyento ng crew na syang mas hirap at apektado sa sistemang bulok na yan. nabigyan nya ng boses yung mga staff na sobra din ang pagod pero milyong beses na mababa ang kinikita kesa sa mga artista

    2. Actually, Aiza does, Anon723. Your point?

Come what may lang ata ang gusto, kaya walang pagbabago.

  16. This is the same system in South Korea.

    ReplyDelete
Death is inevitable!
