As for someone who knows him through work, no he's not a narcissist. He was named Sexiest Doc here in the US. He's been helping ppl way before that as a doc. Now that he's known, he's using his fame to help more ppl while traveling to shows and other events...on top if his work as a doc. Stop with the jealousy!
