    2. And in sweatshop conditions too.

    4. Now it's getting clear who is for and against God....for those who are not taking sides and being neutral you still pick a side and definitely NOT FOR! Again, to the Atheist don't comment you should have no say coz you don't believe in a God. Commenting would make you take sides between good and evil and if you have a brain functioning that concerns God. Duh!

    5. Agree! Such hypocrite brand.

    7. Nike....from the Roman God means Victory or Conqueror! Short for Nikolas or what most people know the invented Saint Nikolas. Joking abt gang rape (Vice) and athletes guilty of rape (Kobe Bryant) are tolerable but when someone says something wrong or deregatory abt a person or movement they cut ties! Where do they base their values and morals?! Same question to all who read this. Where do you base your values and morals and laws?

Lol! Coz if I came and evolve from any animal like fish, horse, bird, or monkey why hate a statement like that?! World, what and where do you really stand????

-Ye shall not round the corners of your heads. Leviticus 19:27 (No haircut)
-All that have not fins and scales in the seas, and in the rivers, of all that move in the waters, and of any living thing which is in the waters, they shall be an abomination unto you. Leviticus 9:10 ( so wag na wag kang kakain ng seashells, lobsters and the likes)

You never had a haircut or pinapaiwan mo yung sa side C. Allergic ka sa seashells.

No Vote for PACQUIAO! No to discrimination, Equality for all mankind!

I am for all sorts of equality be it same-sex but a part of equality is respecting other people's belief. At hindi yumabang si Pacquiao I actually find him humble sa estado niya ngayon nevermind his wife just him alone.

  41. Nike should respect a person's belief. They don't drop other endorsers because they are Muslims, Catholics, atheists, etc. it just so happened this one chose to be vocal about his faith.

    1. A bigoted belief doesn't deserve respect. He was fired not because he was a christian but because he was a bigot.

    1. His choice of words is wrong pero he is correct in some ways.

    5. agree with 9:42, he just can't explain himself well... ang irony, napakabuti nyang tao. Kahit babae, lalaki, bakla o tomboy, tutulungan nya. I think he is going overboard with his religion.

  45. More Nike products for me. Did Manny understood the terms and conditions of his contract? When you endorse a product you technically are the face of the company.

    ReplyDelete
  46. People need to understand that Nike dropped him because of his derogatory use of words to describe the LGBT community. He could have said it in a nicer way and people would have accepted that he doesn't promote Same Sex Marriage. But its different if you tell people that people who engage in same sex relations are quote "Mas masahol pa sa Hayop." He could have just said no pero he had to open his big mouth.

Just goes to show. If you don't have anything good to say, Better just Shut up.

  47. Ang kawawa kay Manny maraming nakiride sa issue na ito na inggit sa kayamanan nya and success he achieved. At the end of the day, if any one thinks na deserve nya ang nangyari sa kanya sa sinabi nya, well...I do not agree. Mabait ang pagkatao ni Manny and isang pagkakamali, people crucified him? He is family who made a very hurtful statement. Does he suddenly cease to be family because of that?

  49. Sa mga hindi nakakaintindi sa LGBT community, here's my two cents. They were described as worse than animals which means being gay makes one less of a person. Mababang uring nilalang. Manny even quoted a bible verse but di naman nasulat sa bible yun. Kaya ganyan ang reactions nila. Opinion nya yun. This is not about him being against same sex marriage because there are, in fact, gays who dont support this idea. This is about belittling others.

Reality Check.. its his own doing..

Now if he has a shoe line like Lebron James or other big name American athletes hindi agad agad mag gganyan ang Nike.
