I knew FP was going to post this! Saw it earlier while watching Kalyeserye..McDonald's you lead the way in Aldub TVC's! This one not only tugs your heart but leave you to tears..

just first time to see this, haven't seen tvc launch on KS, nanindig balahibo ko sa dalawang 'to from 1:03 onwards. lalo na ang fading song. grabe kayo, instant goosebump due to kilig is real! kodus mcdo and aldub!
Haysss, so sweet. Aldub TVC's are well planned and executed, that's why people are glued now to commercial breaks instead of channel surfing or doing other things. Aldub TVC's are a league of their own.
Ever since talaga ang taking gumawa ng TVC and McDo. Remember yung Gina and Karen? May puso. Recently, yung Handog any background music. Hindi no alam dahil ba Aldub fan ako. Naiiyak ako the first time I watched this TVC today.
Wag naman kayong maghiwa ng sibuyas sa harap ko please. Huhuhu. Sobrang TNT ang feels nito eh. Especially sa ending. Yung tipong even when the lights (of our fame) dim and everyone has left, as long as we're together, we'll always have something to be thankful for - each other.

I was never a fan of OPM music pero alam niyo, yung mga songs na ginagamit ng Mcdo for Aldub commercials, grabe feel na feel ko kantahin at lagi kong nakakanta out of nowhere. Ang galing lang talaga ng mga commercials nila. Cant wait to see the other with Maine and Alden as usual.
My dear boy, I like the simplicity of this TVC. It just shows what we know. That you did not expect you'd have a big impact on each other's life. And that you are thankful to each other for the success you both enjoy. No promises about the future. No pretense about being a couple. Ako din mas madalas ako sa Jollibee noon pero nung naging Aldub fan ako at sila kinuhang endorser hindi na ako nagpupunta ng Jollibee. Hala 6 months na palang hindi ako nagja-Jollibee. :D

This TVC clearly shows the transition from being Yaya Dub-Alden to Maine-Alden. On the first release of TVC's maine is depicted as Yaya Dub together with her lolas. Prior to the release of this TVC, alden was shown driving towards a McDo branch and seeing all footage and prints of their previous McDo ads.
On this TVC, Maine is Yaya Dub sa umpisa with the kids dressed like her, taking pictures with her. Pero once the lights turned off, and the show ends, she is Maine Mendoza. Alden called her Maine.
Those who followed Aldub from July 16 will surely have mixed emotions. Indeed the two have gone places in their career and love life. McDo was the first ever Aldub TVC and you can see how the progression of their TVC pararel to real life!

Nag gain pla talaga ng weight si maine at hindi nya halos kamukha yun re-creation nun orig na 16 jul episode.
But really naka ka iyak yun TVC parang it summed up all the things they want to say it each other. Ito yun advert na kasya sa tweet (140 char) yun script pero yun emotions grabe tagos na tagos.

Usually when I watch conmercials, its either ang reaction ng tao eh nakakatawa, or no reaction at all. Aldub commercials are big exception to that kasi may kilig. But this? Juskopo, hindi lang ako kinilig, naiyak din ako. I felt it. Totoong totoo anf feelings.Ramdam ko ang pasasalamat nila sa isa't isa. Grabe kayo T_T

I dont feel being an Aldub Fan watching all their commercials. I'm like their elder sibling naproud na proud sa mga achievements nila. And naiiyak ako kasi this commercial is an exception so far to the rest of their commercials..
I can no longer count kung ilang beses ko pinanood yung bagong McDo TVC. I felt so many emotions all at the same time and I'm sure ganun din ang buong AlDub Nation. I have always been fascinated by television, movies, and showbusiness in general but I rarely become a fan kasi ang tingin ko sa mga artista when the light are off and the cameras stop rolling, they are far different from the image that they are trying to project onscreen. Kaya nga kadalasan ang equivalent ng salitang "showbiz" eh "plastic". Alden and Maine changed all of that and I never thought it was even possible. They may have said very short lines on the TV ad but it pretty much sums up everything. Those very same lines, yan din ang gustong sabihin ng buong AlDub Nation sa inyo. Di namin alam na dadating kayo... sa buhay namin. Richard and Nicomaine, salamat... sa LAHAT. Ang isang artista kahit gaano kagwapo o kaganda, kabait, katalino at kagaling, pag wala kang dating sa tao, wala kang magagawa kaya naniniwala ako na ang mga supporters ang nagdidikta kung saan tutungo ang career ng isang celebrity. Maraming salamat sa inyong dalawa dahil napakabuti niyo sa amin at ramdam namin ang sincerity niyo na pasayahin kami. I couldn't care less about your REAL status dahil bilang respeto, ipapaubaya na namin yan sa inyo pero patuloy kaming magdadasal na nawa'y mahanap niyo ang true love, genuine happiness, at forever sa isa't isa. Goosebumps din sa comment mo ate. So true. The TVC is so real and for that, thanks din ng marami sa McDonalds for always making aldub commercials not only the best, but very sincere. I'm so proud that for the first time naging fan ang ng LT at tumutok sa artistang napakasimple at humble. Hindi naman sila product ng showbusiness din kasi. Tao ang bumuo ng salitang aldub, hindi sila minarket, tao ang nagpasikat sakanila at hanggang ngayon wala pang nakakatuklas kung anong magic ang meron sila.

It's about love that grew quickly. Di pa natin masabi, kahit sina Alden and Maine, but for sure there is love between them kahit magkaibigan. Showing gratitude that a person came to your life is love. They know that God gave them to each other. Pinagtagpo talaga sila ng langit, mga bituin at ng Diyos. Maraming pwede pang mangyari. Lahat tayo nagbabago but their choice to love each other even as friends, it was bound to happen.

Aldub has made a lot of TVCs in 6 months. This Mcdo TVC is Maichard's first. Reel crossing over to real and I absolutely love it. This is how they are after the crowds leave & the klieg lights are gone --- they have each other and are thankful for it. While other expect them to lead glamorous lives, they really are just like us, hsppy to be with the ones we love enjoying simple things with them like a Mcdo meal together. Congratulations, RJ & Nicomaine on your first TVC as yourselves. Bravo, Mcdo! Love ko kayo!
kaya nga sila nasabihang game-changer baks because they bring out the best in everything they do. pati tuloy commercials tumataas ang kalidad dahil challenge sa advertisers paano mas mapansin ang tvc nila. so far magaganda majority ng Aldub tvc unlike ung jeje "nakita ko na yan" commercial na in reality alam naman nating kahit di mag-effort ng lobo o kape si kepweng, siguradong kinikilig si parenthesis makatabi lang sya chos!
Halos lahat ng aldub tvC ay may temang pinag isipan. Di lang basta masabing may tvC o basta magka exposure lang. Yung product mismo ang nag aadjust at nag iisip para sa aldub. Hindi false advetisment. Di gaya ng tvCs ng mga artista ng BrandX
Ewan ko mga baks kung anong meron ang dalawang 'to. Promise- kahit anong pagod at init ng ulo ko, pag napanood ko na sila, kumakalma ako. OA na kung OA
the song choice is spot-on! this is the best aldub tvc. it's just amazing how mcdo started the tvc ball rolling for aldub. thank you mcdo for trusting Alden and Maine from the very start. i love these 2 with all my heart and i will be just one of the millions of people who will be behind them every step of their way.
I have a feeling the creative team of Mcdo must have asked them what they would say to each other if they have the chance to (not that they don't have). Thus the raw, organic, genuine feel of the TVC. The script just came of their mouths, and hearts. <3
Napansin ko lang they both gained weight at this TVC pero keribels lang. What's important is yung sincerity ng mga messages nila for each other is very touching.

ReplyDeleteThis TVC clearly shows the transition from being Yaya Dub-Alden to Maine-Alden. On the first release of TVC's maine is depicted as Yaya Dub together with her lolas. Prior to the release of this TVC, alden was shown driving towards a McDo branch and seeing all footage and prints of their previous McDo ads.
ReplyDeleteOn this TVC, Maine is Yaya Dub sa umpisa with the kids dressed like her, taking pictures with her. Pero once the lights turned off, and the show ends, she is Maine Mendoza. Alden called her Maine.

Juskopo, hindi lang ako kinilig, naiyak din ako. I felt it. Totoong totoo anf feelings.Ramdam ko ang pasasalamat nila sa isa't isa. Grabe kayo T_T

ReplyDeleteI can no longer count kung ilang beses ko pinanood yung bagong McDo TVC. I felt so many emotions all at the same time and I'm sure ganun din ang buong AlDub Nation. I have always been fascinated by television, movies, and showbusiness in general but I rarely become a fan kasi ang tingin ko sa mga artista when the light are off and the cameras stop rolling, they are far different from the image that they are trying to project onscreen. Kaya nga kadalasan ang equivalent ng salitang "showbiz" eh "plastic". Alden and Maine changed all of that and I never thought it was even possible. They may have said very short lines on the TV ad but it pretty much sums up everything. Those very same lines, yan din ang gustong sabihin ng buong AlDub Nation sa inyo. Di namin alam na dadating kayo... sa buhay namin. Richard and Nicomaine, salamat... sa LAHAT. Ang isang artista kahit gaano kagwapo o kaganda, kabait, katalino at kagaling, pag wala kang dating sa tao, wala kang magagawa kaya naniniwala ako na ang mga supporters ang nagdidikta kung saan tutungo ang career ng isang celebrity. Maraming salamat sa inyong dalawa dahil napakabuti niyo sa amin at ramdam namin ang sincerity niyo na pasayahin kami. I couldn't care less about your REAL status dahil bilang respeto, ipapaubaya na namin yan sa inyo pero patuloy kaming magdadasal na nawa'y mahanap niyo ang true love, genuine happiness, at forever sa isa't isa. I'm so proud that for the first time naging fan ang ng LT at tumutok sa artistang napakasimple at humble. Hindi naman sila product ng showbusiness din kasi. Tao ang bumuo ng salitang aldub, hindi sila minarket, tao ang nagpasikat sakanila at hanggang ngayon wala pang nakakatuklas kung anong magic ang meron sila.

Showing gratitude that a person came to your life is love. They know that God gave them to each other. Pinagtagpo talaga sila ng langit, mga bituin at ng Diyos. Maraming pwede pang mangyari. Lahat tayo nagbabago but their choice to love each other even as friends, it was bound to happen.

ReplyDeleteAldub has made a lot of TVCs in 6 months. This Mcdo TVC is Maichard's first. Reel crossing over to real and I absolutely love it. This is how they are after the crowds leave & the klieg lights are gone --- they have each other and are thankful for it. While other expect them to lead glamorous lives, they really are just like us, hsppy to be with the ones we love enjoying simple things with them like a Mcdo meal together. Congratulations, RJ & Nicomaine on your first TVC as yourselves. Bravo, Mcdo! Love ko kayo!

ReplyDeletekaya nga sila nasabihang game-changer baks because they bring out the best in everything they do. pati tuloy commercials tumataas ang kalidad dahil challenge sa advertisers paano mas mapansin ang tvc nila. so far magaganda majority ng Aldub tvc unlike ung jeje "nakita ko na yan" commercial na in reality alam naman nating kahit di mag-effort ng lobo o kape si kepweng, siguradong kinikilig si parenthesis makatabi lang sya chos!
