Liza has the looks, intelligence, wit and with proper conditioning the body to be our next Ms U, however she does not have the heart. Unlike Pia, it was never her dream so she'll probably be hard pressed to actually win it. Pia was all in, fierce and wanted the crown with passion. Liza at this stage won't even watch ringside. Let's not pressure her. Give the honor of representing the country to a young lady who actually wants it and is deserving of it. She definitely has the beauty and grace. From watching her interviews, she definitely has brains as well. Pinilit niya makagraduate ng high school even if she has lots of showbiz commitments already. I wish na makabalik din siya for college someday pero understandable naman na sa dami ng projects eh hindi muna pwede. But hindi niya hilig talaga ang beauty pageants, ilang beses na niya sinabi, I hope the fans din would stop asking her to join kasi baka mamaya mapressure pa yung bata. I actually agree with you. I'm an avid fan, and I think Liza should stick to acting. I'd rather see her win a legit acting award than wear a Ms. Universe crown. But that's just me. Hehe. Suportahan ko siya kahit ano pang tahakin ng career niya.

DeleteShe definitely has the looks, and I assure you she has the brains (She is a high school graduate of St. Patrick School in QC, was supposed to go on to college but got very busy startinf second half of 2014). But there is one thing that she doesn't have that's equally as important as beauty and brains which is the DESIRE to be a beauty contestant, much less a Miss Universe winner. She has said that she is not interested. Debut party nga tinanggihan niya because she didn't want the stress of being in a huge event, and we are talking about her own birthday here, ano pa kaya kung Miss U? Who's going to drag her to beauty training school? Not herself and I doubt if it's even Ogie based on his tweet. Kaya all her haters can relax. She doesn't want it. She wants to be an actress not a beauty pageant winner.

ReplyDeleteLiza has the looks, intelligence, wit and with proper conditioning the body to be our next Ms U, however she does not have the heart. Unlike Pia, it was never her dream so she'll probably be hard pressed to actually win it. Pia was all in, fierce and wanted the crown with passion. Liza at this stage won't even watch ringside. Let's not pressure her. Give the honor of representing the country to a young lady who actually wants it and is deserving of it. Besides Liza might still be skewed towards uncle Sam so never mind na lang.

If i recall correctly, tinanong sya before kng interested sya mg beauty pageant and sabi nya hindi. I think she wanted to become a model before (as in VS model). So can everyone just relax!!

ReplyDeleteShe definitely has the beauty and grace. From watching her interviews, she definitely has brains as well. Pinilit niya makagraduate ng high school even if she has lots of showbiz commitments already. I wish na makabalik din siya for college someday pero understandable naman na sa dami ng projects eh hindi muna pwede. But hindi niya hilig talaga ang beauty pageants, ilang beses na niya sinabi, I hope the fans din would stop asking her to join kasi baka mamaya mapressure pa yung bata. Hindi rin siya mananalo kung hindi niya talaga passion dahil makikita ng judges yun. Tignan mo si Pia, talagang passion niya yan at pangarap niya kaya kitang kita sa kanya yun. Magaling naman umarte si Liza so I think it's just right na ipagpatuloy na lang niya ang pagiging artista.

ReplyDeleteI actually agree with you. I'm an avid fan, and I think Liza should stick to acting. I'd rather see her win a legit acting award than wear a Ms. Universe crown. But that's just me. Hehe. Suportahan ko siya kahit ano pang tahakin ng career niya.
