    Better that way, i think, so everyone will be aware that every rude act and attitude will always rebound to the person in the end. Everyone should be cautious and respectful at the same time.

    2. Iba naman ang trabaho mo sa trabaho ng artista. Sa trabaho mo mas organize siguro or else hindi magiging successful. Sa mga movies/teleserye ang deadline mga 2 days lang minsan, kasi yung ibang movies minsan ilalabas na hindi pa tapos. So stressful talaga at everyone has to do their job properly para matapos.

These 2 people are empowering those people to stand up for their rights. If somebody speaks about it then change can happen. Miss Ho , which school did you graduate from? I will make sure that my nieces won't go to that school if it produces graduates like you as it is pointless to go to school and still remain and act like an ignoramus with a big mouth. Society was educated by those 2 people of what is not acceptable and unacceptable behaviour in the workplace and employees or workers regardless of their status do have rights .

I also studied under the Jesuits dear but as far as the values that I have learned from them they never said to me to condone abuse or violence nor did they ever told me to turn a blind eye on the suffering of my fellowmen or not to be an advocate of change. Respect and maintaining dignity in the workplace is mandated by my employers and harassment and violence in the workplace is not tolerated. You are making assumptions. You are making that generalization that all Filipinos are doormats with no self respect or self worth and that majority of Filipino employees or employers are bullies. Which school did you graduate from again?

  55. Gretchen Ho, aside from being a talent of ABS (which explains why she would never go against anything related to it), is one big KaF-tard. That time when the issue between It's Showtime and Eat Bulaga was so big, this was the "real and organic" tweets issue, I could not help but check Twitter about what was happening in the two shows. She was one of the Kapamilyas who tweeted something that supports the allegation that AlDub Nation/Dabarkads/supporters of Kalyeserye and EB were using bots or something that's why they had really great number of tweets compared with the rival. As a Kapamilya with a face and name known by the public and represent her home network, she should've avoided such action because (1) this could've made fantards believe they were right with their suspicion because someone "bigger" than them was supporting them and (2) if there was no proof, this can be taken against her and her network. I remember DJ Chacha and Pastillas Girl did the same thing. Now you can see, the problem (one of them) with ABS is they have talents that can't represent them well. But it also makes you think, "Is it just the apples that are bad or the tree itself is rotten?"

  56. It happens everywhere, but it's not tolerated everywhere else. IT industry, food industry, and even in the advertising industry you will find those in position who will use it to abuse others. It doesn't make it right though.

  59. Di porket sinabi nyang everywhere ibig sabihin kampi na sya sa Director. Truth hurts. Totoo yun at naniniwala din ako na kahit san naman may ganung ganap. Nakapagwork na ko sa cafe, office, events. And sa lahat ng yan, naexperience kong mamura ng boss. Ng customers... Kung hindi nyo pa naeexperience maswerte kayo sa mga boss nyo. Maswerte kayo sa mga clients at customers. Pero sana maging bukas yung isip nyo sa mga experiences ng iba. Hindi lang ito puro sa mga sarili nyo.

Hindi pwedeng para mabuksan ang kamalayan ng bawat isa na ganito ang nangyayari meski sa ibang industriya? Mapahotel, call center, etc etc. At pag nabuksan ang kamalayan gawan na ng paraan ganon!! Hindi yung itatago nalang natin ang baho. Hindi yung titiisin at idedeadma nalang. Mas magandang magsalita at isiwalat lahat ng kasamaan para mabago.

  62. Bullies are everywhere. This is the plain sad truth! I used to work in an international multi-cultural organization. It was at par with a standard and mandate befitting an international organization but alas, in the rank and file support among Filipinos, there were few bullies and those were senior with higher position.

  68. I totally agree with Gretchen on this. Kahit saan nangyayari yan. It's how you handle it. Take it seriously and leave, or stay. Ganyan naman talaga ang buhay. Hindi puro reklamo ang gagawin mo. Walang kinahahantungang maganda ang mga reklamador.
