I think when people get depressed they forget to eat and sleep. What she is going through no one will understand. I hope she will get through this. Mahirap mag move on lalo na nagmahal ka ng totoo. I too am also sufferring depression right now. Can't help it, i'm losing weight. Walang gana kumain at hindi makatulog. All because of hiwalayan before namin ng BF ko at nag-lead pa sa pagkatanggal ko sa work kasi nawalan na ko gana. Laging absent :(
I can relate sa'yo anon 2:01 am naranasan Ko din yang super sad phase Na yan. Yung tipong Hinde ka nag dinner pero pag gising mo Hinde ka pa din gutom tas walang gana gumawa ng Kahit Ano . Yung wala Kang kina kain pero Hinde ka nagugutom all day. Yung dati mong enjoy gawin di mo Na ma enjoy like shopping for clothes (which I love to do) Hinde Ko Na trip gawin I just want to cry all day everyday . Pero to God for strength I prayed Na Sana I'll get over it at ngayon okay Na . Dapat love yourself first and keep in my that you deserve to be loved truly, madly and deeply . You need to seek out your family and friends,go out and travel. Most especially,pray. ReplyDeleteTrue bakit siya may pasa, parang yung quote focuses the attention to her being skinny para hindi halata na ang bruise talaga ang gusto niya ipakita. Parang depress siya and probably calling for help. I don't think that we should blame JL and Bea for this kasi reality is hindi naman natin hinihintay maging ok ang ex natin bago ang next relationship. Dapat maging matatag talaga, sana friends and family would help her.
