Its a human mistake. What i dont get is how columbisns are such sore losers. Honestly ms columbia's answer did not even deserve the 1st runner up. It dhould have been ms usa who becsme 1st runner up but i guess fate was on her side. She is the happiest 2nd runner up ever.
