What other people dont get about Duterte is that he has Visayan Humor, kind of like a mix between in your face commentary with a dash of sarcasm... i think people from Luzon are not used to that kind of humor kaya palaging na mi misconstrued yung salita nya...

he has this weekly program aired until now in a regional network in davao. it talks about his answers on questions regarding the current issues his city. his first episode way back was live pero nagulat ata mga viewers kasi puro mura per sentence maririnig mo. tawa ako ng tawa nung napanuod ko yun. then on the second week, taped na siya pero halos wala ka ring maintindihan kasi puro 'bleep' 'bleep' at may logo pa yung mouth niya. haha. this mayor is like yung fave kong candy. very hard and outside but once you get to know his intentions (and its for our welfare) para siyang chocolate. sweet and fluid. Duterte for 2016.
and i may add, i am one of many na hindi takot maglakad mag-isa pag hainggabi because i feel very safe walking around the streets here in davao. you may see him as the 'kamay na bakal' but for us davaoenos, he wouldn't be a mayor for a veeeeeeeeeeeeery long time here for nothing. kung pwede nga lang #mayforever mayor dito, alam na.
I would love to see the whole Philippines to be like Davao. Only designated smoking area, liquor ban at night, less crimes, if possible only the authorities have the license to have a gun. Wala na kasing takot Ang mga Pinoy, pingmamalaking mga kristyano pero ang dami nating crime. Lage din kasing nkikialam ang church. Kamay na bakal lang tlga

There are a lot of things i like about him but i have serious reservations because he said in the interview that he is ok with burying marcos in libingan ng mga bayani. How could anyone put a dictator in there? Philippines is a joke to the rest of the world that happens. Pinoys have no sense of self respect and dignity. Marcos is world's greates thief stealing money from pinoy and made our country a nation of corrupt people. I cant stand that . He also called bong bong marcos a good person. Yeah right! Did people forget what the marcoses crimes during their regime? Did people forget the abuse that marcos, his children and croonies did? The marcos violated human rights , stole from the masses and made a corruption the norm. People forgot? I want a philippine president that does not sympathize with the marcoses. If he changed his stance in the marcos subject, then he has a chance but if not, people should think twice anout voting him.

ReplyDeleteSana lahat ng candidate magpa interview ni karen davila. Sana ivote ng tao based on platform ng candidate at hindi vote buying o anuman ka cheapan like sira-an sakapwa kandidato.

ReplyDeleteThere are a lot of things i like about him but i have serious reservations because he said in the interview that he is ok with burying marcos in libingan ng mga bayani. How could anyone put a dictator in there? Philippines is a joke to the rest of the world that happens. Pinoys have no sense of self respect and dignity. Marcos is world's greates thief stealing money from pinoy and made our country a nation of corrupt people. I cant stand that . He also called bong bong marcos a good person. Yeah right! Did people forget what the marcoses crimes during their regime? Did people forget the abuse that marcos, his children and croonies did? The marcos violated human rights , stole from the masses and made a corruption the norm. People forgot? I want a philippine president that does not sympathize with the marcoses. If he changed his stance in the marcos subject, then he has a chance but if not, people should think twice anout voting him.
