What I don't get is why she keeps getting chances. Yes she's pretty, but acting wise...there are others who are just as pretty but acting talent is better. Her acting is very stagnant. I'm neither a fan or a hater of hers. I saw some of her work, but not enough for me to keep watching. I don't know if she's not as successful because she has a nega vibe or she just doesn't have that something extra special that big stars have. I wish they'd rather give those chances to other talents who are more well rounded.

yes she is pretty but that is all... no talent and exudes negative vibes big time... no star and "it" factor... it is best to give her chances in showbiz to the newbies who are more deserving and who have real talents plus positive vibes.....goodbye girl!!!!
Jessy has only three expressions on her face when she acts. Meh with a smile, meh with tears and just plain meh. In an interview done for YMH she said she hardly studied her character because she wants her acting to be "natural" and to just flow. I'm guessing this is why she doesn't connect, she has never fully internalized her role and not enough preparation was done. Casting her alongside Dawn and Assunta (who both have immense acting prowess) also doesn't help because it accentuates her weakness.
Being pretty got her on the bus but I'm afraid she'll never make it past the first stop.
years ago I used to call Jessy abs-cbn's "try and try girl", as in try and try until she succeeded because it felt like the network kept giving her unli breaks unlike with their other stars. but feels like abs stopped trying na lols.
i think makukuha mo yung timing na yan kung try mo follow yung path ni cristine r...sexy ka, paSexy muna then kung napansin na nila potential mo, leave that sexy star image.. mahirap talaga pag ipipilit agad agad..
Jessy, word of advice lang, if gusto mo talaga sumikat, you need to appeal to the masses. So kailangan mo mag tagalog, please lang stop trying so hard to be an englishera...cause it doesn't suit you. Communicate in tagalog na lang girl.
