The kidney center he might be referring to is NKTI (a hospital in qc), hndi lang kidney patients ang pasyente dun. Sa picture mukhang chemo ginagawa, hindi dialysis.
That's nice! Sana next time u put in your post "posted with patients' permission"... Alam mo na, confidentiality and privacy issues ng patients. Yun lang! Merry Christmas!
It's chemo, dude. I cant see a dialysis machine. They have IV pumps which makes sense if they're running chemo meds. They also have chemo patients in NKI. - RN here
I'm torn. I'm sure he means well pero as someone who actually underwent chemo the last thing I want is some artista and his posse cramping the chemo/cancer center. Chemo is brutal and you'll literally feel like death is descending upon you after each cyle. So no, this is not a good thing. And chemo patients are immuno compromised so him bringing with him an entourage of people raises the risk of patients catching an infection. This doesn't make sense, medically speaking.
Di ba pag kidney eh dialysis? Hindi chemo?

ReplyDeleteChemo ba ito or dialysis? When I read kidney center dialysis agad naisip ko. Pero good job kay Enchong. The patients def need the good vibes.
ReplyDeleteI think they are undergoing "dialysis" not chemo.
