  2. Afaik mas mahal kapag overnight parking. 7pm ka nag in. 4am ka nag out. You should know. Kadalasan ang cut off nila 1am.

  3. Indeed the most expensive. Kahit per hour expensive parin.

Grabe managa

    2. He parked and left his car at their garage for 9 hrs and 27 mins. He came back to a car that was secured and unvandalized. The parking fee should make up for the peace of mind a car owner gets when they leave their cars in some garage to have a night of fun, right? So pay-up, dude. #justsayin

    4. 1:48 shunga, sabihin mu yan sa mga mas progressive countries in our neighbors. only in d phils tatagain ka sa lahat ng mga fees, but surely not in Davao. Duterte2016!

      Delete
    5. leaving your car for 9 hours is just too much

      Delete
    6. Thats what u think!! The amount ur paying for the parking lot is for the car park/space... Read the rules of the parking bldgs...

      Delete
    7. 7:30pm to 4:55 am? Hindi mo nakita or nabasa? Di ka ba na orient? Hahaha

      Delete
Hahaha

      Delete
    9. There are NOTICE OF NEW PARKING FEES posted on elevators ang on the parking lot walls for everybody to be aware of its cost.

      Delete
    10. I am sorry 1:48, but I don't think SSI will take responsibility if something happens to the car even if it is parked there. Almost all have these disclaimer: the management will not accept responsibility for any damage, accident or losses.

      Delete
    11. At tsaka, d lng 9hrs yun.. overnyt parking yun! So mahal talag

      Delete
    12. So true 1:48am .. rates are posted anyway....

      Delete

      Delete
    14. 1:48 usually in the parking ticket it says that management is not liable for any damages or losses. But perhaps you don't know that if you haven't paid a parking ticket in your life and driven a car. That's too much for a parking fee and that sets a bad precedent. Complaint must be made!

      Delete
What else? Magka mukha kayo kahit babae ka.

      Delete
    16. Some people here missed the point of 1.48's comment. Besides, like most people here commented, bakit hindi ba niya binasa yung mga signs? Kinampihan niyo agad, ignorance is no excuse. Wag ganon. Your choice your responsibility.

  4. 100 pesos for the first 3 hours then 100 on every succeeding hour. Dati 50 pesos lang. But before ka bumaba sa basement, sinasabi naman yung fees so..

    3. An tagal niya iniwan kotse niya buti hindi na carnap

      Delete
    4. 1:04am and 1:28am... I guess you are not from the area.

the guy was charged with overnight rate parking. and my guess is, he didn't shop that is why he was charged double. the parking is intended primarily for central square patrons, for shopping ease.

      Delete
    5. his car was parked there at 7:33pm until (almost) 5AM so parang overnight parking narin... safe and security is the price you pay.

      Delete
  6. 9 hours, 22 mins and 27 secs. Dahil sa rules ng parking fee na a fraction of an hour will be charged as an hour, bale 10 hours lahat lahat.

    800÷10=80

So 80 per hour.

    ReplyDelete
  7. Magkano ba ang overnight parking dyan? Baka may fixed for overnight parking plus plus pa... Kaya umabot sa ganyan kalaking amount

    ReplyDelete
  8. Wth!

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. back and forth na daw. natry mo na mag uber? hehe

      Delete

      Delete
    3. @ 2:49 AM

      Mas mahal Grabcar kesa Uber

  9. 9hrs 22minutes ka nkapark/overnight parking at sa bgc area pa. How much ineexpect mong bayaran kuya?

    ReplyDelete
  10. mine was 500++ also at bgc... they charge a higher rate pag early morning na.. they are taking advantage dun sa mga gumi gimik and puma parteey

      Delete

    ReplyDelete
  12. magkano overnight parking? per hour rate? un lang possible reasons kung bakit ganyan kalaki besides the rates are posted so dapat aware ka din

    ReplyDelete
  13. Overnight parking?

      Delete
    3. Anon 107 in Canada u can park overnight anywhere. As long as the sign says it's free after hours some places that's 24 hr they do have a flat fee rate that u pay. Unless u park in unauthorized zone u won't get towed.

      Delete
    4. nasan ba siya? Nasa canada ba? Mamaru eh!

  14. Wow grabe ang mahal! When I was still working in Makati, long time ago, parang 180 pesos ata for the whole day parking and namamahalan na kami non at hindi sapat ang sweldo. pano pa kaya yang 800 pesos.

    ReplyDelete

    1. keyword: LONG TIME AGO.

overnight parking. you pay for the safety of your car.

      Delete
Dapat sa mga mall and establishments by validation lang ang parking. kung namili naman or nag avail ng services. Hirap dito sa pilipinas lahat may bayad. Minsan pati mga CR.

    1. Overnight kasi nagpalit araw.

    ReplyDelete
  17. 7pm to 5am, mas mahal pa sa sogo

    ReplyDelete
  18. May sarili bang guard yung sasakyan mo habang naka park ay ganito kamahal? OA ha!

    ReplyDelete
  19. They try to discourage kasi yung mga nagpapark nang buong araw (e.g. Those who go to work sa BGC offices) kasi nawawalan ng parking spaces ang customers ng stores. Nakalagay naman doon. Parang 40 or 50 pesos for the first 4 hours. Tapos per hour exceeding that, 50 na or 100.

    ReplyDelete
  20. it's 100 for the first 3 hours then 100 every succeeding hour. if you purchase worth 500, it becomes 50 on the first 3 hours then 50 every succeeding hour, something like that. magpapark sana ako jan pero may security guard na lumapit nagbigay ng paper with the fees. nagulat ako kase hindi naman sila dating ganyan. kaya hindi nalang ako tumuloy at naghanap nalang ng ibang parking. this is probably to discourage yung mga nag o-office sa fort na mag park jan ng buong araw, kase nawawalan ng parking yung mga customer nila. ang hirap hirap kase mag hanap ng parking sa fort!!! nakakairita. pero still, mejo OA ang pricing ng parking nila. simula nun, i never patronized ANY of their restaurants or stores, hehe.

    ReplyDelete
  21. They charge 100 for the first 2hrs. 100/hr for the succeeding. But if you have 500 accumulated receipts from stores within central square, you can have it validated sa may LG, they will charge you 50 for the first 2hrs and 50 for succeeding.

    ReplyDelete
  22. More than 9 hours pala sya so 800 nga. 100 for the first 3 hours and additional 100/hr sa succeeding so pasok na pasok ka nga sa 800.

    1. Actually meron pero usually by hierarchy meaning the bosses get first dibs over rank and file and monthly ang bayad sa parking, not per day.

      Delete
  24. Hala may pagkashunga si madam. This is common since its overnight parking. Its definitely not unusual ano

    ReplyDelete

  27. Overnight pala eh mataas talaga. Sosyal pang lugar yan

    ReplyDelete
  28. Thats their private parking property, it is their right to charge any fee they want. And you had all the right to check rates before your parked. You should have also checked the rate for overnight fee. Please be more responsible with social media, you post as if it is someone elses fault.

    ReplyDelete
  29. Whole day parking na yan sa Europe. Anyway, iba kasi talaga overnight rate.

    ReplyDelete
  30. I think overnight niya iniwan kaya iba talaga charge nun. Lumagpas siya sa 12mn oh. Hello.

    ReplyDelete
  31. Baka overnight parking rate nila e mahal talaga...to discourage may mag overnight parking

    ReplyDelete
  32. Almost double the minimum wage. If only the Philippines is a safe & secure place, then you wouldn't have to pay so much for peace of mind...

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  34. wait pati parking fee may tax?

    ReplyDelete
  35. Ginagawa kasing parking spaces ng office workers yung mall. This move by the management is to ensure that their customers will have enough parking spaces. If you purchase from the mall, you get a parking coupon that cuts down your parking bill. Regardless, whether with a coupon or not, people who frequent at this mall don't mind because they can pay. Stop exaggerating.

    ReplyDelete
  36. dapat di pinupuntahan ang ganyan store.

    ReplyDelete
  37. Actually it's normal here in BGC,Taguig. I remember one time I parked my car and I was charged php250.00 for about 3hrs. It was not new to me , given the fact that you were parked in BGC. My only wrong before is I didn't ask their rates.

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  39. ang liit lang na amount yan kuya.. nakasasakyan ka nga eh! so meaning can afford ka.. mag-jeep kanalang para hindi sumakit ulo mo sa parking fee.. stress free pa kasi wala kang iisiping maca-carnap..

    ReplyDelete
  40. Ang parking lot parang bahay na so what do you epxect nasa magarang lugar ka pa and take note more than 9 hours sasayan mo nanaka tengga jan malamang mahal parking mo.

    ReplyDelete
  41. Shunga ka pala ateng, 9 hrs ka nakapark no? Ano, ginawa mo ng garahe ang BGC? HAHAHAHAHAHAHA LOL

    ReplyDelete
  42. Sus sa hawaii nga $15 per hr

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
