The police themselves provide the names to DDS. They will be given 3 warnings. If those reported people won't change their criminal activity, they will be killed. If the DDS killed an innocent person, the one who killed the innocent will be killed. Lastly, as a fan of Duterte, I am not gullible. I became his fan because I felt safe and secure in Davao. Of all the presidential candidates, he's the only one who proved to people how effective his leadership is. The police themselves provide the names to DDS. They will be given 3 warnings. If those reported people won't change their criminal activity, they will be killed. If the DDS killed an innocent person, the one who killed the innocent will be killed. Lastly, as a fan of Duterte, I am not gullible. I became his fan because I felt safe and secure in Davao. Of all the presidential candidates, he's the only one who proved to people how effective his leadership is. Yes, he's a wominizer, foul mouthed, killed criminals but, he kept the city safe, saved a lot of innocent lives from criminals. Whoever you are, make a lot of research first before judging Duterte's supporters. Base your opinion from what you've researched from reliable sources, not base it from other people's opinion.
