I never liked some of fashion pulis blogs but In this one, I am behind you. I am a big Maine Mendoza fan too and like you, I think she deserves nothing but the best being the phenomenon that she is. Will be saying a special prayer for you. This will pass, just hang on.
Yup, remember that fan who personally designed and created a gown for Maine? Talagang pinaghirapan niya yun. Sana kung mahaba-haba lang yung skirt, yun na lang sana ang pinasuot. May special sentiment pa kasi it was a labor of love from a fan.
Kahit sino naman kasi mahuhurt noh? sa may kayang pamilya ka galing kaya mo bumili ng epic gown tapos stylist mo pang luma or worn second time.. kahit ako man si meng,okay lang! PERO BAKIT GANON??pero sana wag na iBASH si meng kc kung ikaw man yun bayad ka stylist bigyan ka di mo feel na suot,bat kapa kumuha?edi sna ikaw nlng nagstyle sa sarili mo..nakaka inis!!!!!

My take on this is Maine knows na luma na yung gown na pinasuot sa kanya & she's too nice to complain or say anything about it. Kudos to FP for beinv Maine's voice on this. Thank you! Solid Aldub fan here! 😀
And FP, just like the rest of us fans, is just watching out for Maine. Kaya the stylist should have been more careful! Ako hindi ko naman nasusundan ang mga designers or fashion, pero people working with AlDub need to realize na ang fans ng loveteam na ito comes from different walks of life and may mga mas aware sa ganitong bagay and they want the best for these two sweeties.
I really don't get the whole idea why there is a need to file a case when the only ylibdid was to "puna" the dress. That was an old issue and I believe everything was clear. As a fan of Maine, I was a bit off when I found out it was 2013 collection pa pala when there were a lot there na mas Bago. Yes the gown is just a gown but seeing the status of Maine's popularity now, she deserves the best and original. Maybe the reasonnwhy of this filing a case of the bruise ego/pride? I hope not because it is totally unprofessional of her. Goodluck and more power to FP!
Yes its ego and pride as she is used to style big names and surely the post of FB including all the comments will affect her business. She should been careful.....

Kayang-kaya mo yan. Even though the gown issue was no big deal for me i do agree that meng deserves d best. At ginawa mo ang ginawa mo to protect her. and also to remind some folks in d industry na kahit baguhan c meng a lot of people got her back and wont be silent when they see something is not right.
Let's just go back to traditional media, shall we? Let's abolish social media and any kind of two-way communication channel. What's the essence of Freedom of Expression if some people could file a libel case against someone once she feels insulted?
You're a power blogger, FP. You have many followers. They may have been fans of other artists that you like and support, but these people have chosen to believe in you, so do not be afraid. :)

maganda naman talaga ang gown ni maine mukha lang talagang hindi kasya sa kanya parang pangmatangkad siya parang meant for kim chu talaga. sana man lang tinahi ung laylayan para kase talagang di pinagisipan e. trabahong tamad! saka nakakaasar naman talaga na pinasuot ng 2nd hand bakit sila vice ba anne bea etc pinapasuot niya ng 2nd hand samantalang si meng para inukay ukay ang tingin niya
FP just pointed out the obvious when it comes to liz iuy's styling. I dont see the reason for the filing of libel case.. Mas masasakit pa nga sinabi ng mga commenter dito kesa sa mismong blogger diba..

FP's observation is very valid. For me, it was the stylist's fault for making the decision of having Maine wear an "old" gown, previously modeled by a very popular person. Di ba nila inisip na lahat ng kilos and suot ni Maine napapansin kasi nga very hot sya ngayon. And for them to make that mistake is terrible! If you guys watch Rachel Zoe project, as a stylist..it's her job to make sure that her client doesn't wear a similar dress to anybody who is well-photographed or popular! No-no yun! Kaya wag na magpaka-sensitive, aminin na lang nila na kasalanan nila. Tapos.
