Justifying Avoidance of the Charmless Actor

Whenever a celebrity goes to a bar, waiters would sometimes go the extra mile to make sure that the celebrity would have an impressive time. Some celebrities can be appreciative and reciprocate the service by granting a picture or even leaving a generous tip. For most service personnel, pleasant attitude is all that they would desire from their customers.

In a certain bar in a fast-paced city, waiters are on their toes whenever Male Personality (MP) arrives. MP has gained a reputation among the staff – they would rather be serving other customers than be at MP’s beck and call. It is not that they hate MP, it’s just that MP can be rude and inconsiderate when he treats the servers. MP is rude when he orders. He commands waiters as if he is the owner or some big celebrity that should be given attention.

While the presence of MP can be like hell for the servers, what they could not stand is the way MP manages to get his drinks. When he’s around, count MP to hop from one table to another. As he is a celebrated actor and was once among those whose abs were something to watch out for, the other customers welcome him. Of course, these customers do not want to embarrass MP, so they treat him to a round of drinks. When his spontaneous hosts order, they are pleasant and polite. By contrast, MP, who seems to be a freeloader, is impolite and crass.

Well, given the years that MP has been in the business, he is not really among those whose name would come up synonymously with humility. He comes across proud and projects like he is better than the next actor. While he has moved from one network to another, full stardom has eluded him despite the improvement in his acting. At certain times, he will definitely say what’s on his mind and he will even question publicly why something that he believes should be his, was denied from him. Thus, MP is not in the favorite actor’s list for many people in the press.

At any rate, some people know that whenever one is in a bar or a restaurant, one should exude best behavior because one really has no idea what happens during the preparation of orders. Horror stories in the kitchen brought about by rude customers are not uncommon.
