I'm speaking from a perspective of an ex-wife with a civil but awkward relationship with an ex-husband- it is easier to just send text than call to convey a message! It's impersonal, less stressful and painless. So, I totally got the part why Kris has to go down this avenue. But that's just about it.

that's right. james received the text so he replied. due to an unknown reason, kris did not receive that reply. I don't think the problem was with the phones they used. probably it had to do with the phone networks.

ReplyDeletePerhaps, she inadvertently blocked James that's why James' texts didn't get through. Happened to me twice on my iphone.
Minsan network problem lang din yan kahit naactivate ang roaming lalo na nasa ibang bansa siya may mga texts na hindi narereceive
