  4. Nice one attorney! Ganyan talaga sila kawalang-pakialam. Go,sue them,in behalf of the passengers who are always inconvenienced by their incompetence.

    ReplyDelete

well, I plan to claim from insurance my expenditure from my cancelled flights!

  7. Bring them DOWN! I hate these corporations that are terrible with services. Only in the Philippines. They would have ran out of business if they were stationed in US or UK. Dapat lang tayo magdemanda to make those people we're paying hard earned money for to do their job for once!

I hope someone gets fired. If you're incompetent, go find something to do that is on your intellectual level.

    2. I agree.

  15. Sue Honrado and Abaya din!

    1. you can sue them just as fortun can... sige lang wag ka nang mahiyang idemanda sila.

  16. Yes napaka walang kwentang airline talaga ng cebu pac. Ultimo pag chek in na dapat 2 hrs before the flight, binubuksan lng nila mga chek in counters 1 hr before sa international flight. Kaya kahit mahal, I choose another airline.

    ReplyDelete
Will it take a well-known lawyer for them to do something about this? Sana nga may patunguhan ito, bigyan ng leksyon ang Cebu pac...and penalties as well.

    ReplyDelete
  18. GO Atty. Fortun! You do us small people favor against this cebu pacific. Dami nila palpak.

    ReplyDelete
They are very good at that.

    ReplyDelete
  20. Please please please SUE them!

    ReplyDelete
  21. Go get them Atty !!!!

    ReplyDelete
She and her 3 children was stranded in Dubai because Dubai - manila flight did not push through. No advises. Just empty counter. She have to buy emirates flight bound to manila costing her 150k and she did not get a refund even fr cebu pac

    ReplyDelete
  23. Ang sagot nila dyan budget carrier lmg sila. Di nila sagot yan. Sana ituloy mo Atty. Fortun no to settlement

    ReplyDelete
  24. Turuan ng leksyon yan!! HAY!!!

    ReplyDelete
  25. The accomodations (food/hotel) should be automatic. Sana class action suit? Lahat ng na-stranded at naabala. These companies should provide better service. Sue them! Make them pay for the hassle/inconvenience, seek damages.

    ReplyDelete
  26. sana naman ipagpatuloy na na samapahan ng kaso..panu kung bigyan sya ng frebies free flight for a month or a year to pay for damages para tumahimik di wala...

    ReplyDelete
  27. About time this airline pays for incompetence and inconsideration. This could even be a class action lawsuit if all aggrieved passengers would get together.

    ReplyDelete
  28. Never be deceived by the "promo fare" of Cebu Pac because their services are the worst ever. A passenger may save from their plane fare, but the agony, stress and high blood that one will experience can kill you.

    ReplyDelete
  29. I agree lang sa point na dapat ni-redirect flights to Clark. That should have been a good backup plan.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. naka-park ang mga eroplano ng mga leaders sa clark airport except for Air Force 1 kaya hindi rin pwede mag-divert lang basta-basta sa clark. see? hindi kasi pinag-isipan mabuti ng APEC organizers itong event na to.

  30. JETSTAR=Sh*tSTAR

Educate yourself, you reek of stupidity.

  32. Pero sorry naman bakit lumipad pa sya ng nov 16-19 for vacation. lam naman na magulo. tapos cebu pac pa pinili nya. alam na laging palpak. dapat siguro ang mga nagcecebu pacific lang e yung mga talagang walang ibang plano sa buhay para di maaabala sa delays or cancellations etc. next time book a "real" ariline atty.

    ReplyDelete

    1. Maybe he booked the flight earlier pa. My Taipei flight was cancelled also and naisip ko din na baka tuloy kasi wala akong na receive na email saying cancelled ang flight. May nag post lang sa FB na no fly zone na pala. Btw, i bought the ticket Feb pa. June nilabas yung confirmed dates ng Apec. And nabasa mo ba?

    2. It's not always about the price, sometimes it's the convenience of the flight time and date and availability.

At masisis mo ba sila? What if they planned for the trip a year ahead of time? Did you know we'll have almost 4 days of no fly zone before October?

      Umayos ka nga baks.

      Delete
    3. parang odd man out ka ha. pero agree ako sa sinabi mo. kahit first time nila mag Cebu pac, siguro naman naririnig niya or nababasa nya ang mga not so good experience with this airline. 6am ang start ng advisory for no fly zone, 4:45am ang eta nila, he took his chances. so kasalanan nya. kaya nga "estimated time of arrival" it is not guaranteed. kasi kahit naman ready to fly ang plane, pag may air traffic hindi na control ng airline yun. I've been flying with Cebu pac for more than a decade pag delayed most of the time I blame myself because I have other option naman.

      Delete
  33. GO! go! go! para magtanda yang airline na yan

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Yes nagaadvise TV, radio and social media pero may na rcv nga na txt saying pede na mag early check in diba? Ako din naka rcv ako neto. I tried to call cebpac to confirm automated ang sumasagot tapos laglag na sa linya. Di rin sila sumasagot sa email FYI. And Btw, may mga taong busy katulad namin ni Atty.

    Isang budget traveller, Elphaba

    ReplyDelete
  36. usually ang mga arilines pag delayed ang flight they give you hotel and restaurant vouchers e....so you have a place to stay and food kung overnight ang delay.

    ReplyDelete
Dapat blnock nila yung dates. they should have coordinated with their IT department.

    ReplyDelete
  38. CLASS ACTION FOR THE WIN!!!

    ReplyDelete
And I pity the Filipino people who think you're doing it for them.

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  41. Ok, go for it Atty. Fortun, you will represent a lot of people na naagrabyano ng Cebupac. Marami ng magmamahal sayo pag tinuloy mo yan :)

    ReplyDelete
  42. This happened to me, too. CEB sent me an email that I can check-in via web but still in doubt. Patiently waited for a custsvc rep to assist me. Luckily, someone was able to help me rebook my flight asap and clarify the web check-in automated mail. This could happen to people have limited access to internet, too busy or overlooked their emails. Not the best in terms of service. Hope this serves as a lesson to CEBPAC.

    ReplyDelete
  43. if he received an email stating cancellation of flight followed by a web check-in email, then he should've still called Cebu Pacific to clarify flight schedule. Or he could've called the airline the day before his supposed return flight to Manila. APEC week nga kasi eh. tsk.

    ReplyDelete
  44. sana he could offer legal assistance or carry those passengers together sa complaint nya para makareceive rin ng compensation ung ibang tao indi lang ung party nya
