  3. Aysus. Hindi porket system generated lusot na kayo. Hay nako. Padalhan niyo pa din ng email o sms yung pasahero pag cancelled ang flight nila. People do not always check their emails.

  13. i think kasalanan ng IT Department yan ng CebuPac. ang depensa nyo system generated ang email na mag check in na kahit cancelled ang flight? hello???? pwede naman gawan ng paraan ng IT yan to prevent that email. walang coordination sa Cebu Pac ang mga departments. tama lang na idemanda yan para matuto. ang dami nang kapalpakan ng Cebu. obvious na puro palpak magtrabaho ang mga empleyado dyan.

    2. Sa totoo lang, IT is only the whipping boy dito. Kung walang orders from the business, sales or marketing, hindi gagalaw ang IT. Anyway, regardless of department, kasalanan pa rin yan ng CebuPac, so well, good luck na lang sa Legal department nyo.

    4. Yes, management ang accountable dito. Hindi naman gagalaw ang IT kung walang nirequest ang other departments na may approval ng higher-ups. Yun ang butas sa controls nila.

    1. PAL sent early notifications of cancelled flights, made announcements din sa newspapers and social media. And well, wala nag online check-on notice yung cancelled flights, hahaha!

    1. Marami nga sablay ang Cebu Pac pero mas matindi yung isang carrier na A. Halis lahat nf flights delayed, pahirapan kumuha ng refund at ang customer service wala ka mapapala

  20. Cebu pacific did not send any email to advise that my mom's flight was cancelled last 18th nov 8:15pm. Kung di pa nanood nanay ko ng news, di pa namin malalaman. So nagparebook ng 5:30am, 18nov. My son (10mos) and my mom went to the airport last at 2am kase 5:30am ang flight. Nakatanggap kami ng email for webcheck-in pero announcement na cancelled nanaman ang flight wala! Jusmio! Maiintindihan pa namin sana kung my empathy kang matatanggap sa mga empleyado ng cebupac! Kaso wala!

    2. Actually, if you book your flight quite early, PAL results in almost the same/lower fare than Cebpac.

  25. Sorry is not enough. If passenger.nga malelate, madadaan ba sa sorry? Kaya, dapat it should be the same. Pay up/compensate the customers for all the inconveniences caused by your inefficient company!

  32. last vacation sa pinas we used CP and needless to say very disappointed talaga ang buong family.
    uhaw at gutom ang aabutin ng mga taong kapos sa budget, dahil sa 3 hours na delay wala man lang libre crackers at tubig para sa mga passengers.
    papaano pa kaya pag nasa ibang bansa ka!?
