Dear JC (owner of White Palace Spa):
A few weeks ago, I called your receptionist Harlene, to complain about one of your therapists. The said therapist who came to my place offered me 'extra service' halfway through my Swedish massage. When I turned him down, he immediately cut short my one hour session.
I felt shortchanged so I called Harlene to tell her about the incident. More than three weeks have passed and I never got a feedback from your company. Is this the kind of customer service you give to your loyal customer who avails of your spa's service 2-3 times a week?
Oh, by the way, Harlene has been telling other therapists that I am a 'maarte' client because of my complaint.
Yours truly,
Mike Lim
FP ikaw na
ReplyDeleteTumpak. This happened to me also sa iba nga lang. Wag tantanan fp ky ikaw na!!!
Deletesiguro gusto lang perahan si FP ng therapist na yan akala nya siguro typical na oo na lang isasagot ni FP..desente si FP no, mga mukhang pera mga yan... go na go mo yan Mike
DeleteOH MY GOSH… bad trip talaga kapag good massage lang ang gusto mo tapos
ReplyDeletechaka pa ang massage ! haist
I know how you feel...
well you just lost a customer
What kind of extra service? Meron pala ganun kahit sosyalin ang spa
ReplyDeleteFP, me and my partner had the same experience. He's an expat and sa totoo lang gusto lang namin ma-try makapag home massage,1st time palang namin and we chose them kasi sila yung pinakaresponsive among the others. Magkatabi lang kami minamassage when biglang nabadtrip yung partner ko kasi his masseuse was very persistent to offer the "Extra Service." Hindi na namin tinapos yung massage kasi we wanted them to leave at nakakabastos yung ginawa nila, never got their names pero mukhang practice na ng mga staff nila yan. Never again!
ReplyDeleteserious question: How was he offered extra service when you were very near him? Lantaran? Medyo naconfuse ako.
DeleteYou can still complain kahit di mo nakuha name.
Deletenakakaloka yan FP!!! push mo yan
ReplyDeleteIs this the one sa Paranaque? I've been hearing things about this place din begore pa eh.
ReplyDeleteBaka napahiya si girl kasi tinaggihan mo, fp. Heheeh! Hmp!
ReplyDeletei turned HIM down.. means lalaki po di po girl. ✌🏿️💚
Deletelalaki ang therapist, hence "him" ang ginamit.
DeleteI called the receptionist "HARLENE" so babae ung tinawagan . tapos ung masahista natural lalaki un.
DeleteGrabe nakakaloka! Ireport at kasuhan na yan!
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh! I'm sorry you had to experience that FP. That's just terrible. I hope you find a place with true professional massage therapists. You should go to DTI and the NBI to get that place investigated for operating a business w/ prostitution on the side, that is illegal. No client should ever be subjected to sexual harassment while they are conducting their business. Shame on the owners for breaching their clients' trust, and insulting the dignity of loyal, paying customers. Kung dito yan sa America, hindi Lang ipapasara yan, kakasuhan rin yan ng illegal operations, protstitution, and they will be audited for health code regulations violations at their place of business for suspicion of illicit and/or dubious operations (that is, sex trade).
ReplyDeleteWhat is extra service?Thanks.
ReplyDeleteWere u born yesterday?
DeleteExtra rice alam mo?
DeleteIve googled this place. Well, lahat ng complaints nung mga nababasa is about this extra service. And they are aware of it kasi nagrereply sila. Anyway, let's just don patrionize this spa. Spread the word!
ReplyDeletemagpapasko na kasi kelangan umextra ng service para makarami, siyempre i-deny ng business owner that they aware of their therapists hocus pocus
ReplyDeleteOMG. I know the owner personally and JC is a very nice person, I hope he does get in touch with you regarding this incident.
ReplyDeleteouch.. haha...extra service pala ha...
ReplyDeletenyahahaha pinacheap nila ang kumpanya nila! LOL
ReplyDeleteSaang branch ito? Yung sa may lopez? My friend and I had an awfu experience sa same spa pero lopez branch. Looked promising pa naman. Hindi na kami umulit since. Kakaiba humaplos ang therapist nila. Nyii!
ReplyDeletehaha natawa ko dun sa "maarte"
ReplyDeleteAyan naku, don't mess with FP!
S** Den covering up as Spa. Yuck!
I have great masseuse at non-popular spas that don't need the extra service just to get by.
DeleteYou earned my respect, Sir Mike Lim:) Mabuhay ka!
