Monde Nissin Clarifies that the Crystals Found by Consumer are Salt Crystals After All

Good day, FashionPulis.

Greetings from Monde Nissin!

It has come to our attention that there is a concern about our Lucky Me! Pancit Canton product with glass-like particles, which was also posted in your website today. We got in touch with the original poster, Mr. Christian Casero (Sachiro Red), this morning to address his concern and expressed our appreciation for the opportunity to clarify the matter.

In our discussion, we explained to him that the glass-like particles are salt crystals. These naturally form when product is subjected to varying temperatures.

To guide our consumers about this natural occurrence, a printed label is available in every soy sauce sachet which states, "Due to temperature changes, sauce may have crystal-like salt particles which will melt in freshly cooked noodles." These particles will also dissolve in hot water.

Lucky Me! Advisory on Salt Crystals

Rest assured that Lucky Me! places high regard in product quality and safety by employing stringent quality control measures.

Thank you for the opportunity to shed light on the matter.

Sincerely,

CUSTOMER CARE

  3. Ayun naman pala eh. Dapat binasa muna nung isang letter sender yung nakalagay sa lalagyanan ng sauce bago nag post. Atat kasi makigaya sa ibang nauna na manira ng produkto. Papansin lang.

  8. Ayan ganyan kasi mga pinoy. Ugaling ugali na magtutungaw sa social media agad agad imbes na address nila ang issue in a proper venue and with the proper audience.
