I appreciate how Duterte changed Davao. Pero I have doubts with him having the presidency. I would rather have him being part of history as an inspiration for LGUs to emulate. I don't want him to be demonized later pag naging presidente siya when there are some freedom that we lose because of his kind of discipline. Sa kanya na din nanggaling na baka i-hate natin siya when he becomes president (some Davao people admitted to hating him when he implemented rules like no firecrackers and curfew, but appreciates him now). Deletete pag nakapasa ka sa bar exam meaning magaling kang law student. magaling kang makipag argue, di ba yon ang characteristic dapat ng magaling na lawyer or let say magaling na law student? so gets mo na bakit nasabi nya yon? hindi lang argue ng argue ha? yong argument na may sense :)

DeleteHay naku. Di ko alam kung maiinis ako kay Duterte o hindi. Inuna nya anak nya kesa sa bansa natin. Dami pa nyang interview na kesyo ganito gagawin nya pag naging presidente sha. Kesyo concern siya sa bansa nayin etc tapos yung pala di siya tatakbo. Pinaasa nya lang tayo. Sana kahit mga isang taon o 2 taon lang. Kahit di na nya tapusin yung termino nya. Basta maumpisahan lang. Pwede naman mag take over ang VP- either is Bongbong or Miriam. Pero I'm still hoping na magbago isip nya. May 3 days pa. Ipagdasal natin mga kababayan please!!!

ReplyDeleteI appreciate how Duterte changed Davao. Pero I have doubts with him having the presidency. I would rather have him being part of history as an inspiration for LGUs to emulate. I don't want him to be demonized later pag naging presidente siya when there are some freedom that we lose because of his kind of discipline. Sa kanya na din nanggaling na baka i-hate natin siya when he becomes president (some Davao people admitted to hating him when he implemented rules like no firecrackers and curfew, but appreciates him now). Aminin natin, lahat naman tayo gusto ng maayos na buhay, pero when it requires us to give up something on our part, lakas natin makareklamo ng human rights, freedom of whatever. We want change, but not when it requires us to do something inconvenient.

Ok lang kasi baka mamaya masira pa name niya once na nag-president siya, alam naman natin sa politics eh sisiraan at sisirain ka talaga ng mga kalaban mo to the point na pwede ka pa nila ipapatay. Yaan na natin kay God ang decision, malay natin di pala iyong presidency ang will ni Lord para kay Duterte.

Nor will I vote for a Presidential candidate who would make up his mind only at the last hour because a President must be a PLANNER and not put the future of a country in the hands of the Fates.
