    1. That means higher taxes to collect from the public! Saan kukunin yan? Me foundation ba silang mga artista para jan?! Bago ka magadvocate ng ganyan pagaralan mo muna paano at kung saan pwedeng manggaling ang higher pay nila...one option is me babawasan kang budget sa isang ahensya ano ang babawasan? Military?, DPWH infrastructure?, Pork Barrel?, DOH?, DOJ? Puro kayo advocacy!

    2. 1:34 ang nega mo! Teachers indeed deserve a much higher pay.

    3. I'd rather invest in our educators than have Pork Barrel which is going to end up in corrupt politician's pockets anyway.

    10. Well is the politicians make use of out tax money wisely and not be corrupt then malaki ang chance na may money for it. That's his opinion... And wish... How to make it happen is another story.

In the first place kaya nga may budget na pinag-aaralan at nilalaan sa dapat paglaanan every year.

    3. Enchong has always been involved in programs for kids. He is just giving back since Sec. Robredo helped him before as a struggling swimmer.

  3. I agree with her. Teachers really deserve a higher wage.. Its hard to be like them.. Imagine 8 hours dealing with people or kids that u dont know and giving lessons to them.. They maybe even teaching their students more than their kids at home.. I always remember before that even if i leave home and my mom i know that im in better hands cause i have another mom in school.

  4. Korek. #randomgthoughts

    1. Teachers are overworked. They take home work (checking papers, preparation of materials and lesson planning) because their hands are full when at school (teaching, counseling, meetings). Are there any jobs with such load in your mind?

Hala, sige, face the wall!

That's why I think this increase should include those who work in private schools.

    2. Sana tumaas din sweldo namin.

  12. Sana advocate din mga Nurses for higher salary.. we too are unsung heroes.. =(

  14. A lot more actually. Some never found time and interest to look for partners because they were putting teaching first. They've devoted themselves to serving their students that it did not matter to them growing old and gray and still teaching. A lot more pay and benefits (health, housing and retirement).

  15. Very well said Enchong Dee, but just want to tell you, without DOctors and Nurses and midwives (all health professionals) there will also be no teachers and so on. May people also sees the need to support medical professionals in the Philippines. If teachers spends more time with students than their own family anu pa ang mg amedical professionals db. Just fyi nurses just earn 8k sometimes wala pa.

    1. I totally agree with you. Sana bigyan pansin din yung nasa medical field. Kaya nga sila nag.aabroad dahil sa kakarampot na kita dito sa pinas.tss. mas mataas pa allowance nila while studying compared to their salary.
