Pardon my ignorance, fellow FP readers. Di ko lang talaga alam at curious at the same time. Ang isang artist or celebrity ba ( in this case VG and Gary V) eh walang right magsabi ng NO sa stylist kung di nila feel ang ipinapasuot? Kailanfan ba talaga ng stylist at sponsored na clothes? Cguro naman sa laki ng talent fees nila they can afford the best signature clothes. Why depend on a stylist ba? Honest question po yun, hindi sarcasm.
baka kelangan nila ng stylist para di na nila iisipin yung susuot nila araw-araw. mahirap din kase mag-isip ng isusuot na damit. yung kunwari wala kang balak mag-ulet ng outfit ng 2 months. yung nga lang, sobrang tiwala nila sa stylist nila kaya ganyan.
I agree, buti sana kung Hollywood ito na kailangan top trending ang mga suot. Hindi naman! Kala mo naman mga muse ng major fashion house ang mga artista kung makapag-stylist kuno, che!

2:53am, lahat ng sinabi mong celebrities, may stylists yung mga yan lalo na for concerts, TV appearances, photo shoots, etc. Syempre they can have their own style pero busy celebrities need help too to look nice, like professional stylists, hair & makeup/grooming, etc.Hindi pwedeng basta-basta na lang lalo na maraming fans (and haters).
Hindi po lahat kasi ng branded/luxury brands ay bagay sa isang artist. Sa dami ng commitments on a daily basis, to lessen time sa pag decide ng isusuot, and protect ng image, need nila help ng stylists...

Nasa sakanila na yun but usually, celebrities don't have the time to pull out clothes from fashion brands that's why they hire stylist to do it for them. Stylists pull out from stores from different brands or designers and they present it to celebrities then celebrities na ang mamimili what they want to wear. So if may taping sila or may shoot sila, celebrities choose clothes galing sa mga pinresent ng stylists nila. Not all celebrities have the time to shop. And also, minsan ang mga stylists ay part ng production. So they are hired by the production team and prod team ang magsasabi what the celebrities should wear depending sa theme ng show. -stylist
In this case, magkaiba kasi ang stylist ni gary v and ni vice ganda. Gary v's stylist is ica villanueva (i think) and vice's stylist is andre chang. They probably didnt know na yun ang susuotin ng isa't isa coz they have different stylist.
Hello 3:06, I think celebrities hire stylists because they need to project a certain image. Para sa mga sikat na kagaya nila GV & VG, they can't afford not to look good. Yes, they have big talent fees but not everyone can coordinate outfits na hindi sila lalaitin ng mga tao. With their popularity, they can be considered trendsetters. Pero sa tingin ko, hindi din naman sa lahat ng pagkakataon sila may mga stylist. Sa mga importanteng event lang gaya ng shows, TV guestings, etc.
Maaaring di aware sina Vice at sir Gary that they were about to wear the same clothes because artistas dont really have time to watch tv. Artists CAN say no if they dont like the clothes, considering if you look at their respective vans they always do bring a lot of their own clothes. Pero I think this incident is more about the stylist's mistake rather than the artist not liking the clothes :) Also, they depend on a stylist especially if the clothes they will wear are sponsored, and it's important for the sponsors to see themselves in the ending credits of the show. :)

Kelangan po ng stylist ng mga artista, lalo na kung araw-araw ang palabas nila. Wala na po silang oras magshopping araw-araw ng damit isusuot at karamihan naman ng damit nila ay hiram lang, dry-cleaned then balik na ulit. Sa TV, hindi pwede paulit-ulit ang damit kungdi nakakasawa. Kapag sa personal na oras nila, they can buy/wear their own clothes and style naman.
Meron talagang mga taong hindi marunong manamit or walang hilig sa fashion. At nakakastress kaya minsan pumili ng isusuot. Wala na silang time mag-isip pa nang isusuot.

Hindi naman kasi lahat ng pinapasuot ng mga stylists ay sa artista talaga. Kumukuha ang mga stylists ng damit from shops or designers para ipasuot sa mga artista. Na-mention ni vice dati na hindi muna niya binabalik ang ibang damit na pinapasuot sa kanya kasi maganda raw.
Taped naman ang yfsf and ggv. Magkaiba taping days nila kaya hindi yan isang araw lang. though parehas nga sila ng suot. Madalas naman loan lang sa mga sponsor damit nila.
D ba pwedeng na gusto ni vice or Mr. Gary v parehas big deal ba talaga kung same ang admit mas nakagulat cguro kung they share underwear. It's just clothes
