Yeah.... This is too complicated. That's why we need CCTVs yung MALILINAW AND NAZUZOOM, and dashboard cams for our Law Enforcers and Handy Cam na din whenever they have an operation para walang PLANTED EVIDENCE and HANDYCAMS FOR THEM LALO NA SA MGA CHECKPOINT!!!
The sad part of our justice system is that if a famous person is convicted others will say that the justice has been swayed by the public interest. If it's the other way around, the court was paid by the famous person. We don't really look at the evidence and at the credibility of the witnesses.
Judges dont decide based on nothing. Lagi namang walang kasalanan. And miss, there's no law which says na bago maging guilty for murder/homicide, kailangan siya ung bumaril.
I don't know, no one really believes Philippine justice system. It's sad but true.
