Toned and strong muscles will actually get you through old age problems. Strong core muscles, shoulder muscles, lahat yan sa thighs, arms, legs will help one endure problems or ailments like rheumatism, osteoarthritis. Take it from someone in early 60s afflicted with osteoarthritis and back problems. I can get through the day without pain killers because in my youth I have learned to build and make my muscles strong.
At kelan pa naging unhealthy ang weight lifting,, sana kapag walang alam itikom na lang ang bibig. Tinatawag nyo syang Pata tim dahil mataba at binabashed pa,, then nagpapahealthy sya binabashed nyo pa rin kasi pangit tingnan.
