    5. Iba-iba talaga ang pagbubuntis. ako 143lbs at 5'2" so mejo on the chubby side ako. 6 mos preggers nako I haven't gained a single pound. I kept telling my OBS that I am not gaining weight and my tummy is like Bianca' s considering I'm malaman but she said as long as I am eating and not passing on hunger, that's fine. My little ninja's fine too. Always kicking and moving.

  8. Eto nanaman si miss opinionated! Iha, some pregnant women are required to exercise especially to those prone to water retention. And it is healthy for both mother and baby, as long as it's not too excessive.

    1. Yeaaah true! Kapag wala sa danger zone, iniencourage talaga na mag-exercise, para din maprepare yung body sa pag-deliver ng baby

    2. May mga ganyan talagang buntis yung bang sila na ang perfect at may alam ng lahat! Hindi naman lahat ng buntis afford mag join ng mga pilates ek ek na yan!

Ako kapapanganak ko palang almost 2 months ago, I believe sa sinasabi ni Bianca na mag exercise while preggo bukod sa makakatulong sa labor, sexy parin kahit buntis. 9 months preggy na ko pero mukha lang 5 months but healthy naman si baby ko. 2 hours labor pain, 3 pushes - pero hindi sa gym exercise ko, household chores at lakad lang poorita lang ako eh

  15. and who says na hindi puede mag-exercise ang buntis??? ito talaga si bianca know-it-all, as if hindi alam ng karamihan na puede mag-exercise kung preggy

  16. Bianca ikaw lang nagsasabi di pwede magexercise. Mema lang po? Pwede talaga mag exercise basta hindi high risk. Kaloka ka. Maipilit lang yung sponsor mo eh noh hahaha.

  17. excercise pa at puyat pa sa hosting ng PBB Bianca! wala bang consideration ang ABS CBN. Sa ibang bansa ang buntis bawal na mag work ng pass 9pm.
