    3. Shea im a jadine fan.. Honestly kinakaladkad mo na sila sa kabitteran mo. Okay ang aldub at jadines girl. Wag na nating gawan ng issue, makipagpakybigan nalang tayo. Di naman nila tayo inaano diba?

Peace..

    3. Dialect is correct

    4. ANON 12:47 am, dialect po ang tamang term. Wag magmatalino kung mali naman.

    5. Pano naging language?

    6. Cebuano language

    7. Lingguistics ka diha, Anon 12:47. Cebuano can be both a language and dialect. As a general rule language refers more to the country while dialect refers more to the locale. Anyway, I was told Cebuano from Bohol is a dialect as well as Cebuano from Davao and so on and so forth. I am from Cagayan de Oro but we say we speak binisaya. Cebuano from Bohol, Davao, etc are dialects. Following this, Cebuano from the US is a dialect. Hehehehe. Chill out.

    8. ah teh, 12:47 nagmarunong ka pa. Bisaya ang ginamit nila. and Bisaya is a DIALECT, not language. Linguistics Meister pala ah?

      Delete
    9. Cebuano is language. Boholano Cebuano and Mindanao Cebuano are dialects. Got it? LOL

      Delete
    10. Hi guys! Cebuano is a language. Hindi nga lang siya recognized globally as that.

      Delete
    11. dialect not language, tinama mo pa mali ka naman.

    12. Dialect is a variant of language. Example language Ilocano; dialect Abra Ilocano, Pangasinan Ilocano, La Union Ilocano, etc. Ask a person who studied Linguistics for better understand. Also, google language vs dislect.

    13. Tama si 12:47. Ano bang tinapos nyo? A dialect is a regional variation of a language. Kung dialect ang Cebuano, eh dialect sya ng ano? Filipino? Yung variations ng Cebuano that are spoken in neighboring provinces and other variations within Cebu itself ang considered na dialect. Ang shushunga naman ng mga nagsasabing dialect lang ang Cebuano. Palibhasa hindi nanggaling sa top university.

    14. so meaning d pa dn cia language. filipino lng teh ang language naten. pati tagalog dialect lng..

    15. Ayun po sa MassComm professor namin sa college ang right term po talaga ay CEBUANO LANGUAGE. Parang tinitignan yata ung population kung marami nagsasalita nun mako-consider na language.

  23. Sana marealize ng mga Pinoy na ginagamit lang sila ng mga banyaga. Alam kasi nila na kaya natin magpatrend. So, kahit nasusuka sila sa atin, pinagtyatyagaan pa rin nila tayo.

  24. actually, most Visayans/Mindanaoans will appreciate these 5 because of their effort in learning the Local Dialect. And if you are not "bisaya" - you really won't appreciate it much coz you can't understand. =) I think they are also doing this just for fun!
