Do not say it is just call center job when you haven't even tried for one. It isn't a joke to make your customers understand their bills/plans or make a sale. You must have the skills so that a problem your caller asks you to solve becomes an opportunity for you to address the grievances, provide the necessary solution, and still get a sale commission. It is not easy to spend 8 hours minimum talking for a living.
I'm sorry but, HOW COULD YOU?!
Since madami ang nag react, so mag so sorry na lang sya.
ipagmalaki sana kung sinong mas magaling magTagalog hindi ung sinong mas magaling mag english. yan tayo eh porke magaling mag english mas angat. andami akong alam na Kano na walang pinag aralan pero ang galing mag english! i find his post offensive too but ur agrument is so politically incorrect

I am not working for a call center. I used to look down on this kind of job coz I thought it was a no-brainer. I tried to undergo their training. Ang hirap pala. Hindi sya no brainer. In fact, kailangan mo ng utak don. So much respect for people working there. And that industry gives good benefits and career advancement ha. Kaya wag small-in, Polo Ravales!
