  2. Nestle probably used powdered milk which might coagulate given certain circumstances (hot to cold to warm temperature change). I suspect rather than foul play this is more a matter of wrong handling or storage problem.

Bakit di na nya sinu sue yun Pure gold cubao or question the store also.. baka di nila nastore ng tama yun products nila.. yun mga goods na ganyan shld be placed in a specific temp... you cannot assummed na nestle mfg ang may pagkukulang jan... esp kung ikaw lang ang nagcocomplain.. baka sya lang nakaexperience nyan... parang cold milk, u buy it cold left in your car for so long, pag inom mo panis na.. isisi mo ba sa store kun bakit na napanis yun milk... just my thought.. madami din kasing nag tatake advantage na consumer na ganyan, dito sa US madami yan... like someone sue mcdonalds kc napaso daw sya sa mainit na coffee eh wala naman daw warning sa cup, na, its HOT... geez! ingat lang din

    1. Exactly my thought, its product mishandling.. given na may bacteria or fungi sa product but you cannot assummed na fault ng main mfg yun, pwedeng sa puregold store nagkaroon ng mishandling... kun matibay ebidensya at mapapatunayan nyang may fault ang nestle then go Sue formally...

    2. Big companies like usually delivers their items directly sa stores, then sa store may promodiser sila na in charge sa lahat ng products nila kaya kung ano't ano pa nestle ang may pananagutan..

  6. Ang pagkaalam ko tetra pak has the ability to keep freshness, regardless of the conditions outside the pack. So ibig sabihin sa manufacturing ang problem kasi kung ano yung condition ng product nung nilagay eh ime-maintain lng ng packaging. Naku nestle, sa inyo ata talaga problem. Boycott na yan para tumino!

    1. There is a certain temp where you can store these products... you have to read labels when you're buying goods like this.

  7. Might be the room temperature where it supposed to be stored exceeded the required heat level... Considering how hot the 3rd world country my beloved Philippines is...

  9. They are both correct, kaya lang pini-PR-an si Piere Mercado ng Nestle.
There is spoilage, and Nestle is not acknowledging it.

Nestle should apologize for this and replace it with a complimentary batch already. What happened to customer care?

So, eto pala definition nila ng customer care, as in No Care!

  10. I don't think I'll buy Milo tetra brick na lang...Nestle doesn't want to stand behind the product's quality and its manufacturing oversight.

Powdered na lang kung ganun if ever.

Nestle, you lost me as a customer!

  11. Read the official statement of nestle regarding sa incident na yan. If what they were saying were true, then they have to find a new packaging for that drink. Lumalabas pa na kasalanan nung supermarket for not handling the product well kasi nga na expose yung drink sa ibat ibang elements. Nestle pls do improve yung packaging ng drinks asap to avoid further damage.

  14. Even if its the Supermarket's fault due to handling, storage and display, still, damaged products are still being returned to the manufacturer as returns or damaged goods. As far as I know, in Nestle's response, it was mentioned that it may be due to a small opening of the pack that may be incurred during the handling process. I hope the complainant also called the attention of where she bought the product and not just the manufacturer. Its pretty obvious that this issue has brought the complainant into a vulnerable situation potential for corruption.
