“We are greatly concerned about the viral video of Baron Geisler’s latest bar incident in Angeles City, Pampanga which is currently making the rounds on social media.
“We empathize with Baron Geisler’s plea against the discrimination he suffered from the bouncer and management of the said venue.”
“As can be seen in the longer version of video, Baron may have overreacted due to frustration but had reason and was well within his rights to question and demand explanation from the manager or somebody who had authority, why he was being denied admission into a public place that offers entertainment and serves alcoholic beverages.”
“We do not know of any bar that discriminates against incoming patrons whether they appear inebriated or not. We can only conclude that this is a result of the stigma caused by similar incidents involving Mr. Geisler in the past.”
“Management caused the incident and aggravated the situation by hurting the feelings of Baron. As clearly appearing in the video, there is no single justifiable reason for the management to deny admission except that he is Baron Geisler with obvious past issues.”
“Nevertheless, a place for entertainment open to the public, locals and foreigners alike, cannot single out any individual purely because of the stigma of his past, unaccompanied by any illegal act, untoward incident, violation of law, ordinance and rules of the establishment.”
“Despite the commotion outside the bar, we are thankful that Baron had the right mind to walk away in the end from the said incident.”
“We pray for sobriety and that the public be more discerning before judging anyone.”
old habits die hard.
ReplyDeleteBondser talaga?! Lol!!
DeleteLasing na lasing sya. God knows anong pwede nyang gawin sa loob. The guards were just concerned of those na nandoon sa loob. They were just doing their jobs. Baron, wala. Walang pinagbago.
DeleteCorny mo.
DeleteYou are wrong. They have the right to refuse him entry because he was already too drunk. The law actually says that they should refuse serving alcohol to already drunk person.
DeleteHoy, hindi mo alam and batas?
Deletepag ganyan eh discrimination agad. people forget that establishments have their own rules and they can allow or disallow anyone from entering their premises. and they were right in their decision, kasi nga nagwala nga di ba? better their employees than paying customers ang ma verbally abuse. kaso pa yun.
DeleteAccording to the bouncer, they refused to let Baron in because for the past few days, he has been going to the bar and everytime he gets drunk, nambabastos siya, nanghihipo at nag wawala sa loob. marami na ang nagko-complain kaya di na siya pinapasok. alam naman ng lahat na nagta-transform si Baron pag nakakainom e.

OMG. What is happening? Bulag, pipi, bingi??
Sisisihin muna lahat BAGO makita ang error (that is ma-accept nia ang pagkakamali. Baron was an IMMINENT threat because he was already drunk prior to going inside the bar! Kung papasukan siya, he will definitely cause trouble inside the bar.
ReplyDeleteBesides, THE MANAGEMENT HAS THE RIGHT TO ACCEPT OR REFUSE ENTRY.
ReplyDeleteWAKE UP DUDE!
ReplyDeleteDid you even think that it was the bouncer who was provoked first by Baron?
The bouncer is just doing his job!
I-REHAB NYO SI BARON !
mas magandang atupagin nyo yun!
discrimination tienes? MGA ECHUSERA!
Anong yung ALV?
ReplyDeleteAng Lasing Vow
ReplyDelete12:17 disco dance talaga?
ReplyDeleteRetro speak teh
DeleteYes Baron is such an outstanding man [/barf]
He is such a great talent, please help him na ayusin ang buhay nya, not to cover up his drunken ways.
ReplyDeleteI agree with you Anon 1:02.
DeleteHe was drunk that's why the club has rights to deny him entrance
ReplyDeleteTRUE.
DeleteKalokang comment iteh! Lasing sya kaya ba kamo di sya pinapasok?
DeleteYes true. That is fact the law.
Delete@2:07am, you need to know the law. Clearly you don't.
DeleteS o yung mga lasing na lasing na sa bar, dapat sipain na palabas ng bar, kasi that's the law. Tama ba anon 4:09?
ReplyDeleteI feel bad for Baron. These bouncers made the scene and not Baron.
ReplyDeleteThey dont have the right to deny since they are offering liquor as part of their business. walang pagkakaiba ung mga lasing sa loob or papasok na maglalasing sa loob sa papasok na lasing na. At the end of the day lasing pa rin sila. He has the right to react, sobrahan lang dahil an rin sa tama ng alak.
ReplyDeleteYes they do. He was already too drunk. They are obliged by law to not serve anymore alcohol to a very drunk person.
DeleteThen, Anon 4:06 A.M., the bouncer shouldn't have been full of himself and should have just stated that fact. Clearly, from the video, that wasn't their intention in not letting him in, but because he is Baron Geisler and that he had past issues.
DeleteAnonymousJuly 10, 2015 at 4:06 AM
DeleteYes they do. He was already too drunk. They are obliged by law to not serve anymore alcohol to a very drunk person.
Huwag ng mag-SERVE, not deny the ENTRY. Wala ba silang food o non alocholic drinks to serve? Thet do offer that, right? So anyone can get in. Gets?
Prayer meeting???
ReplyDeleteYou clearly don't know the law. If a person is already very drunk, then they are required by law to refuse serving alcohol to that person.
Deleteyes SERVING but not ENTRY.
DeleteRA ano yang law na yan? Puro ka law. Dun! Dun ka sa korte maggaganyan. Kasuhan mo si baron! Ingay mo
ReplyDeleteDefend pa more!
Deletematulog kana Baron!
MAG PA REHAB KA NA!
WALA KA GINAWA KUNG DI MANG GULO!
Blah blah blah......he was clearly very drunk.
ReplyDeleteKahit anong bar pa yan, cheap man o hindi, they have the right to deny entry to anyone who's already too intoxicated. He wasn't discriminated. He should know that since he drinks a lot. And isn't he on his way to recovery?
ReplyDeleteI understand that ALV should defend their talents but with this statement, it just sounds like they're enabling Baron rather than admitting the fact that he has a problem. The bouncers are just doing their job by refusing entry to someone who would be their responsibility should he creates chaos inside the establishment that they're working for. Baron's job on the other hand, is to sober up, which he should have done years ago!
No amount of rehab can change someone unless they want to change themselves. He needs to own up to his faults, admit his dependency to alcohol, and just start being a responsible human being.
ReplyDeleteLesson learned the hard way.
ReplyDeleteIngatan ang pangalan at reputation whether artista man o hindi.
The actor has a bad reputation of getting violent when drunk kaya hindi pinapasok.
ReplyDeleteNo way. He was doing his job the right way.
Sobriety is the answer, tito.
ReplyDeleteparang dr. jekyll and mr. hyde lang. baron and varon
