Courtesy was not what was denied from you; courtesy is arriving on time so that people will not have to adjust around your schedule to accommodate you. Kung napagbigyan ka, eh di okay; kung hindi napagbigyan, take the consequences nalang. Inamin mo naman ikaw yung may mali.

Next time gusto mo ng special treatment, bumili ka ng first class tickets. Di ka pipila, special lounge ka pa. Pero you still need to arrive on time. Kasi dong, kapag sarado na ang gate, sarado na! Di mo ba napanood ang ARGO? May mga baril na nga hindi talaga binuksan ang gate. Kinailangan talagang pagbabarilin nung mga airport marshals ang gate dahil hindi binuksan ng airline employee! LOL
This is sad. Nobody even sympathizes with him. Cm'on guys, at one point you had been at the same boat as he was. Surely you have also experienced such impulsive reaction... But surely too, Mr. Buendia your fans would really appreciate a more courteous and friendly manner. V

We understand he has to vent out some emotions, but like anyone who has a social media account should not be using it when they're angry because they usually regret what they post. Especially because he is a public figure no one cares if what he did was impulsive or not, they all have their opinions and they will freely judge if they agree or not.
I get his point pero next time come on time, as in mga two hours before boarding. Yup, nakakabagot pero it's better than be offloaded and cause delay dahil pinapage ka pa.

People, at the end of the day, the airline industry is still a business. And like any other business, kelangan kumita in order to survive or not incur any losses.
1/ This guy arrived LATE. It is not the airline's responsibility to tolerate being late. Simply put, being late is not the airline's fault so hindi sya priority na hanapan ng upuan because kagagawan nya ang pagiging late.
2/ it is the responsibility of the airline to find you a seat on the next flight IF it is the airline's actions that caused you to miss your flight (ie. Na-cancel dahil nasiraan)
3/ overbooking is a common practice. Pag hindi magoverbook ang airline at hindi dumating ang mga pasaherong confirmed at umalis ng may bakanteng upuan, magkakaron pa ng losses ang airline. That is called revenue management.
4/ yes perhaps may upuan pa na mabibili sa system, pero magkano naman yun? Most likely full priced and not the regular fare or promo fare that this guy bought. And it doesnt even guarantee na may actual seat pa talaga. That is called overbooking. In short, that is foresight on the airline's part.
5/ as someone mentioned earlier, you get what you pay for. Don't expect premium service if you take a budget carrier.
