Keeping It Clean

Image is the number one asset of stars in showbusiness. Celebrities are expected to stay and look fit, especially if they are classified as lead performers. Thus, in recent years, showing off abs and working out seem to be the trend among talents. By contrast, talents who are obviously gaining much weight sometimes are given memos by the management for them to lose the extra weight. Moreover, when celebrities give up their battle against the bulge, they consequently, lose career opportunities.

Nonetheless, some celebrities are determined to win their battle against weight issues and will do everything to make sure they regain their old form or retain their ideal weight. Opting to enroll in a physical fitness program requires discipline, determination, and time. However, going to the gym religiously is not for everyone, as others would want instant results.

Sometime ago, Outspoken Talent (OT) was having issues with her weight, which was making her getting of assignments difficult. With her looks then, the extra 10 pounds generated by tv would not make her look good onscreen. OT tried to find solutions to her weight problems, but the struggle was real and she was losing it. People thought that the constant issues that she found herself in would make her lose weight, but unfortunately, these issues only touched her ego.

Recently, OT was in the company of some acquaintances, who noted that OT looked better and that she was winning her battle with the bulge. One day, when OT was searching for something in her bag, a pouch from the bag accidentally dropped on the table. Inside the exposed pouch were a few glass tubes. OT immediately zipped the pouch, placed it in her bag and pretended nothing happened. The acquaintances who saw what was in the pouch pretended to be innocent, but at the back of their minds, they were thinking that the tubes were drug paraphernalia. Speculating, they doubted that the loss of weight of OT was done through workouts or careful food intake.

Incidentally, OT should be aware that the public has a keen eye on whether someone loses weight via the easy or the hard way. If she comes out to be dramatically too thin, then speculations will continue as to how she managed to lose so many pounds in such a short time.
