sister ko may insomnia, ok sa kanya mj, kasi 7 hrs tulog nya. but not nmn every night, gamit niya yan. minsan lang, kasi mahal din. lol usually massage na lang, pang pa relax and also helps her to sleep..
LOL is Philippines finally catching up to the trend? This is a lame attempt at trying to be hip. Shallow and oversimplified arguments like these are already dead here in the US. We now use intensive research to support our stance. This post reminds me of my Middle School years.
