    1. Yes.

    2. Speaking from experience- exercise really helps to make labor easier- if you are more fit, you are more capable to having a faster delivery. I have friends who did nothing during pregnancy (none were delicate) and all had extended labor, to the point some had to have CS even if not necessary.

  3. I see nothing wrong about it. Dapat naman talaga maging semi-active pa rin ang soon to be moms para healthy sila pareho ng baby

  4. Ok lang naman ang exercise basta wag lang sobra saka basta safe for both mom and the baby

  5. Talagang medyo mahaba yung feet ni bianca. Even before she got pregnant ay ganoon na. Nung may show siya kasama sina toni & mariel, halatado. Hindi proportional sa body niya. Reminds me of tweety bird

    1. On the contrary, short legged siya. Kaya kahit anong gawin di maganda magdala ng damit. OT.

  6. Good job future momma! Wish you well in your delivery. Exercising and staying active will help you go through labor.. hopefully, with far less difficulty. When I was pregnant, I swam, did yoga, and walked a lot so I think it helped me a lot to go through my natural (water) childbirth. It wasn't easy for sure but it was so worth it!

  7. Sana sa second trimester tigilan na yan. Accident happens ika nga. Better be safe. Walking is the best exercise for pregnant and event not pregnant women.

  8. When I was pregnant with my first child my OB-Gyne told me that it is okay to exercise. Sabi nya pregnancy is not an illness. Dahil physically active naman talaga ako even before my pregnancy, sabi ni Doc, just listen to my body and avoid really strenuous exercise like weight lifting. She advised me to do those that strengthen legs, thighs and arms, panlaban daw during labour and sa pag iri. Nag lamaze kami ng husband ko and the sessions consisted of breathing and exercises that strengthened those body parts. Go, Bianca!

  9. Kaya nga eh kahit ako i worked as a Nurse in a labor unit, waley naman ganyang pilates eh, just simply walking in a moderate pace OK na, para hindi lang mahirapan sa panganganak..

"may ganyan ganyan pa"?

Even the fittest moms can develop complications during pregnancy, the focus should be what's best for the baby not the body of mommy during and after birth.

    3. Ay teh affected much 12:57?! Lakas maka-husga PROFESSIONAL ka ba or DOCTOR man lang? Kaloka to! Kala mo kung sinong magaling, CRAB MENTALITY at its finest P.S. And your reading comprehension is such a complete failure, sabi ko di ba "worked" ibig sabihin DATI/BEFORE dahil AGENT na ako ngayon... Makahusga ka kaagad sa mga nurse! Naku talangka ka ngang tunay! LOL

    4. Grabe ka naman 12:57 nagbigay opinion lang yung tao gineralize mo na ang mga nurse na assistant kuno eh ikaw anu ba natapos mo , BS in psychology majoring in Bashing ?

    5. Oh ano teh 12:57, kukuda ka pa? minsan kasi teh, think before you kuda, eh sino mukhang shonga ngayon? LOL LOL LOL GTG now, have to get back on the floor to take calls

Naging mapanghusga ka lang and at the day may naitulong ba yung panghamak mo sa nurses as assistant? Wala naman po di ba? Sa susunod kasi kung wala naman sense ang inyong sasabihin eh manahimik na lang unless if it's constructive criticism...

  10. Wow.

    1. Anong sinasabi mo? Eh sinusunod nga niya yung advice ng doctor niya who approved the exercises she's doing.

      Delete
    2. Doubt the doctor told her to exercise, it was Bianca who asked the doctor if she can exercise. What's the doctor supposed to say? NO? it's up to the mother to use her common sense and prioritise what's important to her, baby or sexy body?

    3. What are you talking about 2:03? Read the.post again baka sakaling maintindihan mo na 1. The doctor approved this activity. And yes, if you already have been pregnant and went to OB instead of your hilot, they can and will say NO if it is really risky. 2. She is doing this as a strengthening exercise, a valuable exercise for giving birth normally and lastly, Bianca is an active woman, she can engage in moderate exercises 1st tri then lighter as her pregnancy progresses. But obviously if you were a lazy as* before getting pregnant, it's not the best time to start an exercise/workout regimen.

Maliit pa tyan nya she can still do that pose tyaka may kasama naman yang instructor to assist her. Ano bang tingin nyo hindi sya mag-iingat? I have 2 healthy kids, both normal delivery. Thanks to exercise hindi ako nahirapan, parang jumebs lang lol.

    ReplyDelete
  18. Case to case basis naman yan. Wag niyo icompare kay Christine Reyes. Exercise is a big help talaga.

  19. i had a healthy pregnancy but my OB didn't approve na mag exercise ako..considering na super active ako before getting pregnant. ang exercise ko lang is walking and doing house chores. and super bilis ko nanganak at hindi tumaba at all. i dont get why she needs to hurry na mag exercise..may time for that. i think nasa delicate stage pa sya. mga 7mos pwede na sya maglakad lakad and watch what she eats na lang. hayy takot tumaba e

    ReplyDelete
  23. Bianca is not exercising para maging sexy body. She is exercising to stretch her muscles and prepare her body for labor and childbirth.

Ang problema kasi most people equate exercise=pagpapasexy.
