Kung close sila, why not? Hindi porke 30 ka na eh limited na lang ang spending time with your family sa special occasions. Hindi naman sya malamang pinipilit ni Sharon, sinasabi lang na she misses spending time with her na she can feel her family is complete because all her kids are with there. Malamang hindi kasi kayo mga ina or hindi nakaranas ng sobrang pagmamahal ng nanay.
As a daughter, I often find myself in an argument and/or misunderstanding with my mother. It often arises from small things and most of the time, worsens by ego and pride.
Oftentimes, I find myself wishing to be out from the house, far from the shadow of my family. Sometimes, I find myself in so much anger that I'd rather be alone than be with them.
But once I calm and relax myself, I regret every bad things I think against my family and realize that no matter how tiring it can be to be part of my family, in family there is forever which other relationships can never guarantee.
I do not have any right to judge KC and Sharon, but let me comment as a daughter to my Mum. No matter how big the gap is, no matter how bad the misunderstanding is, no fulfillment can be achieved if you make your mother unhappy. Yes, we can never teach old dogs new tricks, but we can always respect our mothers' ways and prove our point without completely breaking their hearts.
We demand so much in life from love, respect, and understanding, but we never realize that we're often not ready to give what we demand.
How can KC even be in a relationship with any man when she can't even sustain a healthy relationship with her mother. Napaka basic niyan... Unconditional love sa isat yan dapat. Humble yourself girl.
