    1. Kaya ang perception ng lahat sa US e land of the free! E it will burn for it sins!

      Delete
    5. Because the fact is, Kevin can pass for a hot female, eh sya... imposible. :) kaya ilabas ang ID! :D

  2. Well guys, gays, girls, boys if a place has limitations and you dont fit then dont force yourself to be there.. Why u have to force yourself to be in a circle where u dont belong???? why not just look for others?? Maybe its way better.. I dont get this type of mentality..

    1. Isang malaking check, Ekat!!!!!!

      Delete
    2. Usually love you Ekat but will have to disagree with you this time. He was on the GL. Meaning there's someone else who invited him and put him there. Most likely, he's attending a party or event of a friend. So I don't really think he has that option to just go somewhere else.

      Delete
    3. Ay ekat tamah ka..

      Delete

      Delete
    5. I dont know.. Im just the type of mortal that doesnt want to be in complicated things. Like i will never force myself to in a place or circle where they dont want me to be. There are lots of fishes in the river and so are so many bars out there.. Even better or even greater..

      Delete
    6. I get the point but he's on the guest list. Meaning, he is there to ATTEND as a guest of someone. He's INVITED by someone. So he's not there out of his own accord. He didn't choose the club and he does not have the luxury to make everyone attending that party and the host transfer to another club where he will be accepted. In short, it's not up to him to choose another bar.

    7. anon June 17, 2015 12:31AM, have you never been to valkyrie, or any club in manila? that's not how clubs define being on a GUEST LIST. yung mga asa guestlist mga nagconfirm lang yan sa promoters nung club to get their name on the list. sila yung nakakapasok for free as long as they come in a specific time period, para lang dumami tao sa clubs. Practically anyone can be on the list basta pasok pa sila sa quota, you just have to send a message to promoters.

Baka what you mean in club terms ay yung mga may TABLE RESERVATION or pwede ring SKYBOX RESERVATION. Kung wala pwedeng the owners themselves invited them, kung ganon nasa VIP LIST sila, not sa guest list. Yan po ang mga terms na gamit ng Valkyrie for your enlightenment.

      you're very welcome. :)

    1. Obviously hindi mo kilala si Veejay Floresca. Try mo i-google. She doesn't need to do this para "sumikat". Magaling syang designer. I think if you see her wedding gown designs you'll love her too.

    2. @7:24 walang sinabi si Anon 12:12 about veejay. He/she was referring to valkyrie. Lol

    ReplyDelete

    1. He's gay. But in california if you want to be address like a female you can change your name and gender. There's some state in the US that is open minded and accepts the rights of gays and lesbians. Veejay Floresca happened to be friends with my college gay friend who is now a nurse in California.

      Delete
    2. gay naman talaga sya nagpalagay ng boobs i dunno if yung sa baba nya napalitan na rin,but she/he is a well known designer from local celebrities and his/her creations were looks fabulous especially those weeding gowns.

Your dna stil says ur a male.

    1. Nukaba baks, tatlong taon siya sa California. Sayang naman kung hindi mai-flaunt lol. But kidding aside, what happened to her is pure discrimination.

      Delete
    2. Hindi. Ang point nya. Kng sa isang first world nga nirerecognize syang babae.

      Delete
    3. HE IS A CROSS DRESSER. PERIOD.
JUST because he is studying in California right now, (STUDYING not a citizen) it doesnt make her a WOMAN. He is still a MAN. WHEREVER HE GOES HE WILL ALWAYS BE A MAN.
      A MAN

    4. Pano naman sya e rerespect and recognize na babae, when in the first place HINDI NAMAN SYA BABAE

      Delete
    5. @2:34 Agree ako sayo!!!

      Delete
    6. Kung gusto nya respetuhin sya, respetuhin nuna nya sarili nya.

      Delete
    7. Anon 1:53 so do you mean since first world country ang USA we must bow down to their rules? Kung nirecognize nila as female, dapat tayo rin kasi third world tayo? Thats how we classify male and female-- according to physical sex at birth. Do you we need to bend our rules para sa first world countries?

      Delete
    8. @2:33 i completely agree with you. I am also gay but i'm not blinded by these claims of some people from the lgbt communities

      Delete
    9. Happy to hear that anon 6.34.

    10. The issue is not kng babae sya o MAN sya o bakla sya o CROSDRESSERn sya. Yes she is a transgender. A male to female transgender. Who has a right to wear whatever shE wants. Hindi po sya nagcocostume. And kelngan pa magplay ng technicality ng gender sa establishment Na yan para lang sa isang right na deserve naman ng lahat. respect for transgenders and respect for everyone. Sya po ang nabastos. Hello.

      Delete
    11. 2:23 PM a transgender has a right to wear whatever HE/SHE wants, true, but if he/she in a place where there are rules to follow, isn't it just right for them to recognize those too? napaka one-sided naman ata para ipagpilitan ang gusto ni veejay

      Delete
    12. Anon 5:29 and what is that rule? No crossdressers and transgenders allowed? Tao po sila? Di sila hayop. Why would they be denied entrance?? That's discrimination. If ang bawal is dahil un suot nya is bawal like nakatsinelas sya, then acceptable un. Pero if you are denied entry because of who you are then discrmination po un.

      Delete
  8. I didnt get the "i dont live here" part. Anung connect?

    1. Nagyayabang. Point is NO CROSS DRESSING ALLOWED. He/she may not live here but the club he wants to enter is in this country. Valkyrie has rules, so he/she should rspect and follow if he/she wants to enter. Sure you are on the guest list but follow the rules of the place.

    1. Indeedy! Feeling entitled pa kamo porket nasabing nakapag-US na siya, take note nakapag-US not a PERMANENT RESIDENT! He was there to study baks, lumaki na kagad ulo eh... LOL LOL

      Delete

  25. Anong klaseng business practice to? Money is money, doesnt matter where it comes from. A business owner should never yurn away a potential customer, doesnt matter what gender or race. Bakit, may dalang weapons ba sila? Nakakaloka! The profits, people. It should always be about profits. Dapat no hate.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Tell that to some US restos with high-end clienteles yet still on the business for like decades already... Eh san yung ang gusto nila to cater to "properly-dressed" people!

    1. Teh GL, meaning libre so biglang naghigpit ng rules! LOL LOL

      Delete
  27. Rules are implemented for a reason. If the rule say cross dressers are not allowed....then it's as simple as that. If you want, open your own club and allow whoever you want in, problem solved. Also where you live has nothing to do with what the rule states. I'm sure there are other clubs in Manila, if they don't want your business, then it's their loss.

    ReplyDelete
  28. Oa ha! 3 years lang pala sa US.

  31. we need a society that treats its people humanely and with dignity and equality. i hate the feeling na you cant go to a certain place because of your gender, sex, or sexuality (not that i'm a trannie). just hate that feeling. napaka third world thinking ng tao pumapayag sa ganung sistema.

    ReplyDelete
  34. Last week pa tong post nya sa fb, fb friends kmi ni Ms Veejay. True daw pla balita about Valkyrie na cross dressers are not allowed to go inside.

  35. The rules & regulations in our country are different from abroad. It may be legal sa ibang bansa but it doesn't mean legal din dito. If you were born as a man, you are still a man whether you are transgendered or not. You will never be a woman! Accept the truth!

Apparently, we are not moving as a country not only because of corrupt politicians, but also because of people whose worldview is as big as nothing.

  48. Reading all the comments here, kakaunti palang talaga ang lubusang nakakintindi sa gender identity. Rules are rules daw, hay. Equality, isn't that what we're all aiming for?
